Needed a change from my previous colour. After consulting with Ashleigh, I suggested I wanted a different colour from blue so combined we came up with purple.

Got to my appt today to find Lou off work ...I hope she is ok . Different person trimmed my hair , it is ok this time but my hair does not suit being spliced / layered in this way . Not too bad as Lou only cut it 3 weeks ago & today was because it would be to say cya . I will change my next appt as I would not like a full cut done in this way .
I had the best hairdressing experience of my life today. Not only am I thrilled with the haircut and colour...and receiving compliments already :-)...felt totally at home and looked after by all the staff. My stylist, Steph, especially excelled on all levels: hairdressing skills, professionalism, communication, (great listener who really heard what I was wanting), customer service, warmth and heart. Above and beyond on every level! Thanks Steph and the team at Trendz Toormina. Can't wait to answer the question when people ask me where do I have my hair cut!
