I went into the salon super excited and left almost in tears. I went in with a picture that wasn’t too far from the hair colour that I already had and left with something far from it. My hair was already light and in good condition now it is dry, extremely brittle and yellow, it’s simply an embarrassment to the salon. I go to a salon for their expertise and except a quality result, if I wanted a result like this I would have done it myself and saved $320.
I now have the joy of finding a quality hair dresser to correct the mess that has been created by these “professionals”.
I do not recommend going to this salon unless you have the desire to leave extremely disappointed and heavily out of pocket!

Ash has been taking care of my hair for over 2 yrs now. Being over 60% grey and dark brown almost black naturally it’s been hard to find the perfect balance for my hair colour. Ash has been responsible for my white clean blonde look for over a year now and the amount of people asking Where did you get your hair done?!, constantly is a testimony to the work she does. I can not recommend Ash highly enough to any brunette who has not been happy with a blonde result on their hair. It may take a few consults to get your perfect blonde result, but I guareentee you will never use another hairdresser in your life ????❤️
