TONI&GUY Chatswood

A bit disappointed with the way the communication went with the hairstylist today as I was pretty clear about what kind of fringe i wanted & also showed him the pictures! It was for my birthday which is the day after & I was excited! After he cut the fringe:
1. Didn’t feel like a “fringe “ or “bangs” coz it wasn’t falling on my forehead at all- which were the kind of pictures i showed him.
2. He failed to understand a customer’s requirement which is the most important thing for a professional hairstylist to start with or else you know you are gona mess it up completely which is what exactly happened with me!
3. Despite of the conversation, he wasn’t understanding & finally i got frustrated coz obviously I am paying them heaps for the besr treatment i can get & for the best service i can be provided. Finally the hair colour stylist jumped in which was helpful to finally shape my fringe the way i wanted after a 15 min conversation! He did understand what I wanted for the job he wasn’t supposed to do on me! Thanks Albert !
4. The entire experience made my mood go sad ☹️ & I wasn’t even interested in taking a picture of me for my special birthday hair !!

This saloon definitely does not meet Toni & Guys haircut stylist requirement! Definitely needs more training on how to talk. Exceptionally happy with Albert!!!
Ps- this wasn’t a complaint against anyone but this branch of Chatswood I don’t think i would be looking forward to visit! The entire experience of a haircut is supposed to make u rejuvenate, refresh & make you happy which I struggled to feel it ! They somehow finally fixed my hair the way i wanted staying back for me till 9 pm despite them getting shut down at 8:30 pm. Thank you both of you for staying back for me!
Although, Paying 330 bucks n being unhappy is not what i wanted! The blowdry- 70 bucks didn’t have any curls coz they were already struggling with time!

Had my Christmas shampoo, cut and blow dry at Toni & Guy Chatswood with Chris. He made you feel special and was very professional with advice and service. Highly recommend this store. Thank you for making me feel special!

I have been going to Tony n Guy at Chatswood for a couple years now and I have always walked out happy and satisfied with my haircut. The staff are friendly and listen to you and do a great job. Thank you hope to remain your customer for many many more years.

I came into your salon to get my hair cut/coloured and styled. We agreed on a lighter shade to my natural brown colour and the end result is red and a lot darker.
***** tried to fix this by adding a toner but it made very little difference. I appreciate the service but I am disappointed with the end result.

Lovely service and happy with the cut

Amy pays tremendous attention to detail and works very precisely. She really cares about her clients. After sleeping on it overnight, the cut looks just as good the day after. That is what I like- "set and forget."

I was rushing to get to my appointment on time and was happy to get there right on time and the stylist was ready for me on time. The head massage while shampooing put me into a trance-like state of relaxation.
Then Kristi gave me exactly the haircut I wanted.
I would definitely go back to this salon and specifically to Kristi. He's lovely and an excellent stylist.

always find Chris to cut my hair, been with him abt 2 years. Chris is very experinced and skillful, great customer service as well.

I have only had fantastic haircuts. My hairdresser listens to me and makes sure I get the haircut I ask for. Every so often I go somewhere as an experiment, or to see if I can get a cheaper haircut, it only ever ends in tears and I am back at Chatswood Toni & Guy asking them to fix it.

Unsure of what I wanted was given a great style that suited my outfit for a black tie event.

From the time i step into the salon to the time i leave the whole visit is very enjoyable

Stephen was recommended to me by another Salon and I have to say he did a great job. I am super fussy and I got the best colour I’ve had in years, super happy, finally I got what I asked for and not someone elses interpretation, he really listened and delivered!

They understood what my hair needed and what suited my face shape. I know that product sales is big business but for the amount of money I’m spending I hate feeling guilted into spending $100 than I budgeted for.

I think I have found my favourite hairdresser. Thank you Kris G for the fabolous service and beautiful haircut. You are spot on. I will most definitely be coming back.

My hair was very badly coloured and damaged elsewhere, but Annie did an amazing job fixing it and I love my new hair colour. She explained everything patiently, was attentive and professional at all times, and turned a disastrous hair colour into something beautiful. I’ve very appreciative and cannot recommend her highly enough.

Kris always gives me a good haircut, which is the most important thing... other than that the service is good (not too in your face, but always friendly and helpful).

I have really really curly hair and have spent many years trying to find a hair salon who could properly cut my hair. 5 years ago I started going to Toni & Guy and I now no longer trust any other hairdressing salon to cut my hair. The hairdressers at T&G are amazing and know exactly how to deal with my crazy hair. I have never had a bad hair cut with them!

I have always had long hair. Every time I have gotten my haircut, I have contemplated going short. But every hairdresser has talked me out of it. On Saturday I was a walk in at TG Chatswood. Again I was contemplating going short. This time however it was met with enthusiasm and I walked out with a new look and one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. Thanks you!!!
