After so many negative experiences elsewhere, I had my first appointment at Lily & Co today and was not dissapointed. Rachael listened to exactly what I wanted and spent a lot of time clarifying and repeating what we had discussed to confirm what I had asked for. She was professional and I felt extremely comfortable knowing she knew exactly what I wanted. She also explained everything she was doing throughout the process. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly including Mel the beautician and the atmosphere was great. I haven’t had such a positive experience at a hairdressers for a long time and I’m so thankful I have finally found a competent and professional hairdresser. Thank you Rachael and I look forward to many more future visits.

As an ash blonde, my biggest fear when getting my hair done is shooting gold, or worse, orange! Which is why going to Lily and Co is always such a relief! Beautiful ash, right every time and staff committed to getting it perfect for their clients. I now travel an hour to get there and it’s completely worth it!

I saw Lily yesterday for half head of foils and balayage. Lily is very professional, personable, warm and engaging and she is an absolute expert in hair both when it comes to colour, cut and style. She listened carefully and knew exactly the look I wanted to achieve. The salon is lovely and the atmosphere was relaxing, the prices are very reasonable and what I love most is there’s no hidden extras at the end of the service. It was my second time seeing Lily, she is helping me go from brunette to blonde, my hair colour is a beautiful creamy clean blonde with a soft balayage so it’s not harsh looking. Love this salon and Lily, very glad I found them!! Thanks Lily :)

Coming to get my hair done at Lily & Co is always an enjoyable experience. From the long list of quality beverages on offer to the current magazine offerings, the salon is set up perfectly for a few hours of pampering.
List and her staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and understand exactly what you’re looking to get from your appt.
As a natural looking blonde, her highlights are always on point and her cuts don’t disappoint. I’ve gone from very long to short hair and at each interval, I’ve been impressed with both my cut and colour. Couldn’t rate Lily & Co high enough.
