The staff were very professional, friendly, and courteous, I was very happy with the colour Maddy recommended for my hair. Ben used a very good technique to cut my layers and style my hair As I wanted. I had a beautiful relaxing hair wash too by another nice lady.

And cut with Yuki.

I had my hair coloured any Richard cut by ***** 4 days ago and I must say that I'm very disappointed with my hair cut.
The fringe is uneven and too short.
I wanted my fringe to sweep below the eyebrows and ended up with it 2 inches shorter!
The sides are uneven and the layers ratty and matted.
I wonder if my hair was cut with a razor!
I was charged $338.
My daughter , who had a cut by another stylist, was more fortunate.

We were disappointed with result for school formal styling. Cut was ok but hair did not look clean and shiny, curls dropped out within 30 min. Did not look like a $176 haircut and style.

This was my second time at Toni and guy my first Experian e was on the Gold Coast so I traveled down from blue mountains and I took a days leave from work. It is two days since my cut and colour. The colour is very dull and now I have washed my hair the cut is very uneven and longer on one side than the other. With a $500 price tag I did expect more time to be spent on my cut. I’m am very disappointed in the results

I thought Anne’s communication skills were amazing. She was so courteous and kept me informed all the time of what she was doing and asked how she could better give me the haircut I really wanted. I was so impressed and will definitely be going back.

Your staff - blonde curls ((English) I can’t remember her name, was extremely nice and very gentle. She completely understood that having just had two eye operations I couldn’t risk any water in my eyes. This is not my usual salon as I’m from interstate and I did feel rather vulnerable not being able to see properly but I was immediately put at ease. So thank you.

Urgent call to fix a terrible haircut and hair condition. Good grooming is essential for confidence and sadly I could not stand my pre-Xmas disastrous haircut.
Anne fixed the cut; gave me the salon owner recommended liquid hair treatment and I walked out looking and feeling a million dollars. Part 2 repair this week - colour with Maddie.

Hi I don’t nortreview however just as some feedback I thought the young girl who washed my hair was not very good as my hair feels still soapy and there was no consistency. I also got home into the natural light and I have staining badly around my hairline. And one grey area still at the front.

Made my hair absolutely gorgeous and was really lovely to chat to - will book again!

Cathy is the very passionate about her job . She is the great professional, perfectionist at her field. She creates masterpieces with hairstyles. Also she is awesome person- open, easy, bright and funny what makes all process is so enjoyable.
I don’t mind to drive long way from other suburb just to get haircut from her.

Anne gave my 5 yo son a really beautiful, careful cut this afternoon. She listened, and then delivered exactly what Is asked for. She was extremely respectful of him the whole time, explaining each step and never rushing him through.

Richard did an beautiful colour correction! I had to have lots of hair chopped off as it was damaged from previous bleaching, I was nervous about shorter hair but it looks great, Cathy also worked with Richards colour, I couldn’t be happier!

Great experience today thanks Richard & Ben! Showed them each a picture and this is the closest result I've ever had both colour and cut wise. Both lovely and made sure I was out in time. Thanks!
