Best hair cut I’ve had in a long time

Same service every time I go!! The staff are lovely and always go out if there way to make my visit comfortable and enjoyable. Can not fault my hair cut and I’ve been a loyal client for 15 years.

Allison is the best in the business.

Alison and the team are very experienced and are up to the minute with style. People on the street always stop me to comment on my hair.

Alison has been cutting my sons hair for years and she is not only amazing with children but an incredible hair stylist - Jacob loves seeing her!

I had a spur of the moment. Wanted a colour fix. Toni and Guy came through. I had an appointment within the hour and an amazing colourist. Efficient, strong (love a head massage when washing) and so happy with the result.
Lovely atmosphere and lovely staff. I don't usually do salons but I'll be back

Thanks for the lovely cut and colour. Really pleased with the colour, just what I needed. The cut never seems to take long but always comes out exactly as I want! Entertaining conversation and a lovely glass of wine too!

Mum and I always have our hair done by Alison together and it’s always a great experience. A nice way to chat and relax. Alison is fantastic, highly recommend her. Mum travels almost an hour to have her hair done when we have an appointment. The salon is probably more expensive than others though.

Bit shocked to find out there was a price increase upon paying my bill. As a very long and loyal customer advanced notice even through a text message would have been good ????

My hair was chopped in layers that were chunky on one side and thin on the other!

I had my hair couloring as a gloss on the top and toner on the ends. The gloss didn’t even touch my grey roots, and the toner was barely visible on one side company area to the other side!

The two young juniors need more guidance and training. The one that washed my hair did not ask if the pressure of the massage was okay, water was going very hot to very cold!! Also just chucked the towel around my neck. As we proceeded to the chair there was a trolley next to it which she pushed away banging into the back of the other junior which she made no apologies to her. Was a bit shocked at her attitude very carefree. Haircut with Allison was great as normal still seemed to lack atmosphere very quiet.

My daughter’s experience at your salon was VERY disappointing for the following reasons: The hair appointment was booked a week before but when I rang to confirm, the day before, there was no record and the person on the phone was rude and impatient with me. Her stylist, *****, was too talkative which felt like she was anxious. She also kept leaving and serving other people. ***** didn’t give my daughter what she asked for. It was my daughter’s High School Formal, so it was an important hair appointment. As soon as she got home she washed her hair and did it herself. So it was a waste of time and money - and not to forget - a bad experience. When my daughter told ***** her boyfriend was leaving for America on a baseball scholarship J***** responded with, “Did you hear about the guy who went to America on a baseball scholarship and got shot and died?!” WHO SAYS THAT??? My daughter cried when we got into the car. If you don’t have anything good to say, please, say nothing! I have had this hairstylist before and I felt like I was dog, she was too rough! I don’t think ***** is a bad person but she needs to think before she says something. It would also be good if she could slow down and be gentle with her customers - her hands are too rough. I understand she is trying to save time but my goodness, quality service not quantity!

In the other hand, my experience with Steve was exceptional, he styled my hair exactly the way I wanted, which I am very grateful for.

Please de-brief with your staff member and remind her of the importance of relational/ interpersonal skills and the nuances when working with people - young and mature.
