After not stepping foot In a salon in over a year I was a little nervous (especially after all my home touch ups) I shouldn't have been, I was made to feel so welcome and the extra massages were a wonderful surprise. My hair looks and feels better than it has in ages. I will definately be back, thanks ladies :)

A lovely salon in a village like setting.
The stylists listen and ask relevant questions in order to achieve what you are wanting. They are friendly and professional.
A shoulder and neck message with their signature tea offers a spa feel and the coffee is good too.
A great experience and I booked my second appointment before leaving

The experience from start to finish was outstanding. I could not fault a thing.
I felt like the hairdresser really listened AND understood what I wanted/needed. I'd highly recommend this salon.
Oh and the vegan brownie was the best brownie I have ever had, plus a yummy treat to add to the experience!

Salon was very accommodating as I have to change my appointment. They are quick to reply! Very good service! I get extra pampering as they give you short and sweet neck and hand massage in between your hair treatment. Thanks ladies!

First time coming to this salon and felt as if I was a regular client! Had a shoulder and hand massage which made me feel really pampered and relaxed. Had a dry curly cut for the first time and Katelyn was so amazing! Made me feel so comfortable throughout and was ensuring I knew exactly what she'd be doing! I was astounded by the value for money I couldn't quite believe it! Such a lovely salon space. I love my new hair and can't wait to make another appointment. Thank you :)

The salon is aesthetically pleasing so you feel good whilst getting seated. The massage before the cut is so relaxing and then another massage when you get a wash. The products are top quality and the staff very professional and talented. The best place I’ve been for years.

Deanna, Jess and team are fantastic...! Such a lovely salon and hairdressing team. I found this beautiful Aveda salon several months ago and haven’t been anywhere else since! It’s always a real treat to go there:))... relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and lovely products; not intimidating, never feel rushed, so it’s a real salon experience and nothing is too much trouble! They really listen and care for you and your hair. All the hairdressers seem great and they all work together ensuring everyone is looked after. I go to Jess and she has been fantastic, certainly knows her stuff - finding the natural brunette colours I wanted and taking her time with a nice hair cut, plus helping to get what was my super fine hair into much better shape and condition with her advice, skilled cutting and Aveda products! I’ve never gone to a ‘regular’ salon before, always wherever I could get an appointment on a bad hair day, but now I book ahead to go here every time :))... Best cut and colour I have ever had as well as amazing service. I was given a neck and shoulder massage as soon as I came in, offered cups and tea and cake, hand massages and felt so spoilt and we'll taken care of. I highly recommend Supernatural Hair!

From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left you couldn't have dreamt of better service. Complimentary head and shoulder massage started off the best experience i have had at any hairdresser. I googled for a long time to find the best and the best I got. I had a re style and the transformation was out of this world. I couldn't give enough stars to say how I was treated to the end result. Thank you so much I will definitely be back.

Well, this hair salon is FIRST Class ! What an AMAZING experience I had at Super Natural Hair Joondalup. From the minute you walk in the door you are pampered and treated like a Queen. From an amazing massage on entry with beautiful smelling oils that you can chose from to the head massage at the basin that can relieve the tension of any day. The offering of delicious teas and coffee, even cake- wow, just felt like I was on holiday in a resort. The whole experience was so much more than I ever expected. But the pièce de résistance was the exceptional colour and cut that I walked away with, from the salon. I felt like a million dollars literally, and came home to my husband saying how amazing I looked. So you can’t beat that!. Well done to all the team you are all truely “Super Natural” !

Whenever I visit supernatural I feel thoroughly pampered! They take the time to listen and understand my needs and work towards my goals for my hair! I have a lot of silver hair and am trying to blend this as naturally as possible with as little maintenance as possible and the ladies have been very helpful and supportive of my naturally graying process whilst trying to maintain healthy looking hair. I have frizzy unruly hair and they also consider style and cut for me to manage.

First time here and loved it, greeted with a delightful herbal tea and little shoulder massage. Then had my hair chopped off and so happy with the end result. This will be my hairdresser from now on, thanks ladies.

Jess was very patient and professional. She ensured my preferences were considered and offered her expert advice when I took a big step and changed my style from long to short hair.

Loved the colour was perfect. Service was 10/10 they make you feel super special and I love the relaxing atmosphere will def be back
