I would like to express my gratitude for the all the work and effort Connor has put into my hair and my daughter's hair... before we met him my hair was very thin and dull and we weren't using the right products once we started seeing Conner couple times everything changed it was actually life-changing for me and I've met Shanelle now in the Karrinyup salon what a beautiful young lady she is as well please know that Conner has made a massive difference to my hair he's smart nice witty and I was so glad to see him on the adds on tv I just wish I could see him more on there Mr Maurice Meade please know that your stuff I guess you already know this but they are life-changing for some people and I very appreciative of them kind regards Gina and Stazie xxx

I saw Claudia on the 1/03/18 & she did a great job with my wild hair. It was mu 1st time at Maurice Meade & i found her very professional & skilled. It's hard to find a hairdresser who knows how to properly cut a fringe & remove volume to big hair.She did it & i'm very happy.Thanks Claudia!

Ashley always does a great job with my hair!

Ashley and Natalie always wonderful. No matter how busy always make you feel special and that they have time.
Marriella receptionist, (spelling may be wrong) always remembers your name, remarkable with the number of clients! She is gorgeous.
Only negative would be price. Becoming very expensive despite being on a package! Really don’t want to have to start colouring my own hair.

I love doing this treatment weekly, fortnightly or monthly ? it’s leave my hair silky and shiny ? my only concern is the way they washed the hair, I don’t feel to be cleaned properly and now I usually arrive with my hair washed from the day before ? also I think the hairdressers should have short nails ?

Fantastic work by natasha for colour and blow dry and I felt like a million dollars .A++ had many comments about how great my hair looks.thankyou Natasha !

Poor customer service, taking 30 minuets from getting seated to having my hair washed, then another 1 1/2 hrs for a simple shampoo & blow dry. Very, very disappointed.

Usually pretty good experience at MM but a couple of issues this time. Was recorded on your computer as having a 9.45am time, but definitely booked for 10.45 and the reminder message from MM confirmed this. No explanation. Also the hair washer was rough, and I don’t mean firm pressure, she was handling me roughly, like she really didn’t want to do it. However, was happy with stylist and result of colour.

The young lady who did the treatment was very articulate re explaining the camera procedue in giving info re hair quality - and which products would be the most suitable to enhance the hair quality. Unfortunately, the actual treatment was not very long.

Natalie is an outstanding hair stylist, always cheerful and just a lovely caring person. Her professionalism shines through as I always feel comfortable with how she is going to cut my hair.

I think Laine is an amazing hair stylist. I can change my mind monthly regarding my hair and Laine is always willing to please but always recommends colors etc to suit me.

Another wonderful experiencee

Sarah was the best stylist I have had. She listened to what I wanted and was able to advise what was best for my hair. She did an amazing job with my cut and gave me some great advice on what products would suit my hair. She also taught me how to section my hair to curl it and made sure the lovely girl curling my hair showed me how to do it so I could achieve the look at home. I was really happy leaving and would high recommend Sarah to my friends. I will be back to her again for my next cut. Thank you so much!

Came to Shinelle with tired balayage with about 4 inchs of regrowth and wanted to be a bright blonde. After her foiling using a back drop technique, my colour was a nice creamy blonde with no evidence of the previous dull colour. My hair still felt soft and healthy after her foiling work. Great job Shinelly xx

Great service lovely staff however I was disappointed in the end result. I had GHD curls done and the actual curls were lovely. However she then combed them out and my hair looked just like it does when it drys naturally. I didn't want to complain because I was unsure about exactly what GHD curls were and also the girl who did my hair was lovely and she tried to fix it but ultimately I was unhappy with the result and I should have spoken up at the time and didn't.

I had a treatment and steam pod which was fantastic. The treatment left my hair so soft and feeling a lot healthy. The steam pod is the best! Best for great straight hair tha lasts for a week.

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years now although the staff rotate frequently so apart from today I have never had the same stylisr cut my hair. Nevertheless the cuts have all been good and the stylists are friendly and knowledgeable. More recently though they have really upped the product pushing, with a silver tray of Kerastase products following you from the wash to the cut to the till. I am a bit over it to be honest esp as I will not buy products that are not cruelty free (they have even tried to tell me Kerastase is cruelty free which is blatantly untrue). So whilst there are pluses in being able to get an appointment without too much lead time, and a good cut once you get there, I could do without the product sales strategies. I have now used my last voucher and will probably look for a salon which only uses cruelty free products and which is more aligned to my personal values around this.
