Not only for an INCREDIBLE job on my hair but also for putting a smile on my face with his kindness and making each and every person feel they are special. He is such a beautiful soul ! I have just recently started going to Maurice Meade, and decided to book the "Master Hair Stylist" (Neil) from the beginning as I really needed a boost after an extremely difficult and tragic year, and ....OMG...it is one of the BEST decisions I have ever made! Neil is a perfectionist, which is exactly what makes him the utter GENIUS that he is!! Literally every strand he works with is turned into PERFECTION! And that is no exaggeration! I literally budget to keep Neil, and I don't have one single regret, he is worth every cent! I will never see another hairdresser again! As I said, not only is he literally THE MASTER of hair, he is truly such a beautiful person. You honestly walk out of Maurice Meade Galleria feeling totally confident within yourself, happy with your day and beautiful. That is how Neil makes you feel. Took my daughter to get her hair done for upcoming graduation. Sophie did a fabulous job and was very friendly and professional. All staff members are lovely. Very happy with the service.

I had the best hair cut here ever in late September by a lady called Angie.
I booked this week to have a trim. I was informed that Angie had left the business, but that ***** would do a great job.
I arrived and asked him to follow the cut that I had previously been given and just to tidy my hair up..
I have left the salon extremely dissatisfied. The hair cut he gave me is way too short and not, in my opinion cut nearly as well as the original style. My hair is now very short and unflattering . Will not be going back .

Was very disappointed with my makeup, looked nothing like what I had asked for and had to go home and redo my makeup, wanted a bronze look but didn’t look like I had any foundation on and my eyes were not blended at all, lady did two swipes of mascara on both lashes and put two individual lashes on each eye was not impressed and have waisted $75 to go home and do it again!

Maddison does an amazing job, finding the best natural looking colour.
Neil cuts and styles like a true professional, I always say to him "do what you think will suit" and I walk out with the best cut that suits me and lasts until my next appointment. Neil seems to cut every hair, he works fast and cuts precisely. He really knows and loves his profession. What an amazing team.

So happy to have found a top stylist in Neil. Would have to be the best haircut I've had.

Colour is fine. Cut is not what I wanted. Usually, I get to sit with the stylist at the start of the appointment to discuss what a good cut would be. This did not happen. I didn’t even realise that the hairdresser who colored my hair was going to cut my hair until she began cutting it!! I had to ask if she was cutting my hair today. We hadn’t even talked about it before she started cutting it.
We had a brief chat and because of that she got the fringe all wrong and haven’t even seen the back as she didn’t show me. For $360 I expect better than that.

I wasn’t 100% happy with the colour in my hair so I booked another appointment and got such great service. I’m very happy with the result. So grateful for their flexibility and I love being a customer there.

Left waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time with only a tea being served and nothing else said to me. "personalised colour consultation" was me telling them what I wanted and them telling me what they could be bothered doing. In the end I wanted blonde. I got brown. My hair is darker than it was when I went in aside from a few highlights. I was in tears for the rest of the night, and the next morning. Waste of $400.

I have followed Hayley from the varying MM salons. I lost track of her for a while (few months) and it was sheer delight to know she had relocated close to my home. Hayley reads my non verbal cues well (she understands that I don’t always want to chat for hours) and that part of my pleasure visiting ME is the downtime I am afforded. Thank you Hayley.

This is about my 4th or 5th return visit with Kianah and she is just incredible. The wonders she manages to pull off with my constant colour changes and expectations she meets and goes beyond them every time! Each visit I always come in calm with a new challenge to her and I am never worried because I feel totally safe with her ability and I know she can achieve anything I ask her too. She is an incredible asset to your company and I will continually visit her in Morley which I drive to from Fremantle each time.

Amazing experience and So luxurious. Staff are so friendly and professional. It was really nice being able to have hair and other treatments all done in the one place. Will definitely be going back just have to save up as pricey but the whole experience was awsome.

I had lovely Gemma who normally works in Karrinyup store. (Couldn’t select from pick list). The whole experience was great. Clean Salon, relaxing atmosphere, and great service. I had an ombré done. The caramel tone through mid lengths blended really nicely into my naturally dark brown hair and ‘old’ ash blonde ends. Almost perfect end result. Disappointingly I had to take a star off for end result as I found out later that I somehow sat on hair colour/bleach which has left a light patch on my black shorts which were quite new. Apart from this unfortunate mishap, I would definitely recommend the salon if you feel like spoiling yourself. Definitely worth it. Just check the chairs before sitting down! ;)

Hair was a bit uneven when I got home and too short! I should have paid more attention when she was cutting. Doesn’t suit my face at all.
