It was great to see Caitlin again today and she came over and discussed what I wanted with my cut and how we could achieve it. The reception staff are so warm and welcoming and the salon is calm and relaxing. Caitlin was excellent and checked with me throughout the cut. I am delighted with my haircut and will definitely be back.

The service was great as always. The hair wash was lovely and relaxing and the haircut and blow dry from Tatum was excellent as always. She listens to your request and does her best to give the style you want. She gives excellent styling tips too.

Lily is a fantastic member of staff, she is so down to earth to talk to and her abilities in her field of hairdressing is second to none. I always book with her as I feel she is fantastic at what she does.

Such a lovely person, so helpful and positive - I really enjoyed the whole experience and Shelly was the icing on the cake!

My 3 year old girl had her 1st ever haircut today with Caitlin. I felt I had to leave a review as the experience was so lovely for her. All the staff were really welcoming and chatted to her. I felt Caitlin was very thorough and it didn’t feel like ‘just a kids cut’!
All 3 of my daughters have had their 1st haircuts at the salon and I always recommend as it is such a perfect experience for them.

Lily has been cutting my 5-year-old daughter Aria’s hair for a while now, and Aria absolutely adores her. She won’t let anyone else near her hair! Lily is not only incredibly talented as a hairdresser but also exceptional at adapting her approach to work with young children.

Every time we visit, Lily makes Aria feel like a princess from start to finish. Aria always insists on getting two Dutch braids, and Lily happily obliges, turning what could be a challenge into a delightful experience. Her patience, skill, and kindness make every appointment special and stress-free.

Lily is such a lovely person, and her professionalism and warmth are an asset to the salon. I’m confident she’ll go far in her career, and we feel so lucky to have found her. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly amazing stylist!
