I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, I don’t get my hair cut as often as I should but Matt looked after me and helped me explain the style I wanted. We had a great experience with my 4 year old getting her ears pierced. Made her feel welcome and at ease when getting them done, checked with parents to see if the hole placement was okay and reassured my daughter.
