I have been going to the House of Hair since it re branded from Urbanite and I had previously been a customer of Urbanite hair salon. I have had the privilege of watching Jake grow into his role from when he was a junior stylist to whwre he is now, Jake is extremely talented and has a continuing passion for his work and each and every time I come to the salon my hair gets better and better! I am always impressed and in awe of his work, he's not just there to do a role, he makes my day each time he does my hair and he makes me feel special and beautiful aswell.

Another fantastic colour and cut and expert advice again. Carmela has transformed my hair over the last 2/3 years from a bleached blonde broken mess to natural colours and hair that people comment on and ask where did I have it done & how I keep it in such good condition.

Jake is always very friendly and professional. He advises on what I need, not like many hairdressers who only say what they think you want to hear. The rest of the staff are always friendly too. Libby washed my hair she is very professional as well asking me about the water and general chat. It’s always a pleasure to have my hair styled amongst so many friendly faces.

I had the most amazing experience with Libby and jake at the salon yesterday. Will definitely be making this my regular salon !

It's just a real pleasure to go to such a professional salon with a team that knows exactly what they are doing and give the best customer service.

Emily is such a talented young hairstylist, she made me feel totally relaxed throughout the whole appointment. I had a balayage and a blowdry and it was my second appointment with her. I used to be a hairdresser so you can imagine my fear of finding someone who can truly understand what i want and im not your dream client, im fussy and unsure but this girl is gold and i would recommend her highly.

Jake listened to what I wanted and discussed what would work and I absolutely love the result! Amazing and can’t wait for my next visit!

I’m always thrilled with my cut from Maria makes me feel like me again.

Salon and staff were lovely, but the teeny weeny amount of hair nibbled off and the lack of actual style was NOT worth £50. I am a hairdresser myself, and haven't really been able to blowdry this 'style' (if you could even call it that) to be honest I could have cut it myself had I known it would have looked like this, in my opinion it was worth £25 at most, disappointed and will not be going back I'm afraid.

Jake really is the best, and at 45 I've had a lot of hairdressers! Nothing is too much trouble and he'll always advise what's best. My hair is in good condition and looks great and all down to Jake.

It's like getting a head massage when she washes your hair, listens to what you want and gives you exactly what you want.feel very relaxed knowing she's going to to do a great job every time.we have a laugh and a chat and the coffees she makes are amazing, very welcoming and warm she's the best ? ? love her x
