Lorraine listened to my concerns about my hair. I was worried about having my long hair cut and worried about the thinning hair at the crown. She made suggestions and took the time to reassure me. I am so pleased I found High Street Hair.

Absolutely love my hair. Jenny gave great advice on colours. She's helping me grow my very short hair to long. Something I have done many times and have hated every minute of it but she is making the process painless. She cuts hair beautifully.

The salon is wonderful and has lovely friendly and happy staff. The stylist, (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was just fantastic. She understood what I wanted and did it perfectly! Can’t wait to come back!

I had my hair coloured and trimmed and blow dried and curled by Jenny today , it is always nice atmosphere in the salon and you feel welcomed and made to feel very special and you feel so good leaving the salon. The team in the salon give the best customer care ever!
My colour is spot on and Jenny listens to you and she really understands you and delivers such beautiful colour and cut and curls. Made my Day!

My first time in the salon, driven past and I like the look of the salon. Booked my appointment yesterday and today I went to have my wash cut and blow dry with Jenny. I was greeted by Flo one of the owners and two beautiful dogs! So lovely and friendly and I had a lush cup of tea!

Jenny did a good consultation as I wanted to discuss colour and my new layered cut.
Jenny has a lot of knowledge and experience, had my hair washed by Abby another lovely young lady , nice head massage!
I had my hair blow dryed too and I am so happy with my new cut!
Walked away feeling happy and I will be returning for my colour, Thank you all for a great first time in salon!

I’ve been using Lorriane for a number of years and when she relocated to kempson I was absolutely gutted :( I tried another hair dresser in my area and my hair just wasn’t the same. So off to Kempson I go :)
I now happily travel 45 minutes to get Lorriane to colour and cut my hair there really is no one else who is as professional and genuine as Lorriane the salon is so welcoming and friendly I wouldn’t go any where else . I recommend her 100%

Amazing, I phoned and got an appointment the next day. Lovely, friendly atmosphere, I felt comfortable straight away (even though I was a bit stressed because of a car problem!)

Turned up and had been a mix up with my booking but the girls were amazing. They fitted me in without any questions. They all made me feel so welcome and i didn't feel rushed at all even though they weren't expecting me! Jenny did a amazing job on my colour and couldn't be more happy with it. Fabulously relaxing experience as always

I have just moved to the area and was looking for a new hairdresser. I came across high street hair and as it was near by and the prices seemed reasonable I booked an appointment for highlights.
On arrival the owner discussed my requirements and suggested alternative ideas. I decided to have a change and went for a balayage instead. Throughout she gave me tips and was really friendly and lovely. Once my hair was coloured and cut she put some waves through it and it looked great. Probably one of the only times I have walked out of the hairdresser feeling 100% happy with the colour and the cut. Looks like I have found myself the perfect new hairdresser. Thank you.

I have been using this salon well over a year now and every visit I am treated with such a personal touch.

This last visit was exceptional as I really was not feeling well but had to get my hair done. Jenny, Lorraine and Danielle all done their best to ensure I got out as quick as possible as well as keeping me cool due to not being well.

Hair was amazing as usual and friendliness of this salon is just exceptional. If you haven’t been then you are missing out on a truly amazing team of excellent hairdressers.

My first experience at High Street Hair and I thought I was asking them to work miracles. It had been a while since walking into a salon and walking out with exactly what I wanted. Lorraine listened and understood what I wanted and delivered exactly what most hairdressers have failed to deliver. We spoke about my limp, lifeless hair that seems to need washing every day and she gave some very good advice. I will most definitely be returning! Thank you x

Since I moved to the area last year, Jenny & more lately Lorraine have always listened & cut my hair as I wanted, discussing it along the way, so that does mean they 'really' listen. My winter longer cut was great, but today armed with another picture, I am more than happy with my new spring/summer haircut.
