Love going to have my hair done here, it’s always relaxing and extreamly friendly. Hair styling,cutting and colouring is amazing here, if they think something will suit you better they tell you and why, they also listen to you and what you want. I’d highly recommend a visit, it’s also very reasonably priced too!

I started going to HSH a year ago and since then I make regular 4 weekly appointments.

Lorraine is always accommodating at fitting me in which really helps me out as I have a busy lifestyle.

Each visit there is always a genuine welcome from everyone there and it has a nice family feel to the salon.

You are treated as an individual and always walk out with a smile on my face not only because I love my hair but also the friendly chats and general atmosphere.

I would highly recommend this salon to anyone as I have never been disappointed.

Lorraine and Jenny are so talented, friendly and welcoming. Great advice on which colors and styles suit my face shape and skin tone. I always leave feeling pampered and fantastic!

Went to this salon for the first time as I wanted to colour my hair and saw good reviews. I wasn't disappointed, Lorraine understood exactly what I wanted and matched a colour perfectly for me. I was a bit nervous before as never dyed hair before but couldn't be happier with results, salon is relaxed and service was the best. Thanks so much, will return and recommend.

I called yesterday having searched google for hairdressers near me. I can not recall who I spoke with on the phone but I was asking about a Balayage and the prices, the person I spoke to gave me a very good break down of the prices and advised me Wednesdays is discount day and so I booked an appointment. I booked with Lorraine and when I turned up I was greeted very warmly and offered refreshment. I didnt have to wait and was seated straight away. Having had a few disastrous cuts and colurs in the past I was instantly put at ease when Lorraine pulled out her phone and googled some looks for me so I could give her a better idea of what I was looking for. Thoroughly professional through out and the time flew by, making easy conversation. I would highly recommend. My hair looked amazing, exactly what I wanted and money well spent. Toilets clean and well kept and through out the salon. I would be more than happy to return for further treatments that they offer. I feel I have found a gem and so nice to have my hair done in a warm atmosphere. Many thanks to all the staff.

Lorraine has been doing my hair for a number of years now going back to the 90's and her salon in highfield then to her salon at home and now High Street Hair Kempston - fab results every time, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Lovely staff. Jenny did an amazing job with my hair and made me feel relaxed. Will definitely be coming back!

Not only is there a welcome as you arrive, the staff are all so friendly, professional and excellent at what they do!
I cannot believe just how much 'at home' l felt or how the discussion around choices left me filled with confidence to offer my ideas to Lorraine and ask her to take the reins and do what she felt would work....
