Love my brows. Shape and colour was just how I wanted. So pleased. It was excellent service and Leah was extremely professional throughout the treatment. HD brow products were available to purchase after my treatment and they are just amazing. Full HD collection here I come ?

There are new recruits to the Elysium team and I meet Cara today who is one of the new therapists.
She delivered a professional and high standard of customer service which I have always experienced at Elysium.Cara made me feel relaxed and valued as a customer as we chatted whilst she worked and I am very happy with immaculately painted toenails.

I use to treat myself to a pamper once a month but have not been since lockdown, it was my birthday this week so I booked myself in.
I had the pro 60 facial with Cara, which was so wonderful and relaxing. I did have to apologise for falling asleep !
Then I had the deluxe pedicure with Chloe , who made my feet look very pretty and had great attention to detail.
My first visit this year but already planning my next!

Leah took my temperature at the door and the salon is following all covid regs.I felt very safe - Leah is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I have rebooked all ready !

My therapist Leah was very engaging. She took time out to find out how i like my laser treatment. All through my session she kept checking on me if i was ok and the pressure wasnt to hot. She was very professional and i highly recommend Leah.

Sadly the gel nails left a lot to be desired. The fingers were shocking (have peeled them straight off) and the toes were average. For the price charged this is really disappointing. BUT when I explained to Susan that I wasn’t happy with the result she was very understanding and helpful, embarrassing as the situation was. I’ve had other treatments here and have always been really happy afterwards, so hopefully this was a one off.

Been using this salon for 4 weeks now as I’ve just moved down here from Leeds. Highly recommend! They barely fall out and when I go and get my infills Jenny is such a lovely welcoming woman! She’s also amazing at eyelash extensions!

I've been coming to this salon a for a while now and yes the service is fabulous and staff are lovely facilities are v v good so you get fabulous results so yes definitely worth visiting ????

Worse spa pedicure I have ever had. I booked the spa aroma pedicure costing £41 when all I received was a very basic pedicure. I had been waiting for 5 months to have a pedicure as I work 12 hour shifts and was very excited to try this place. I have hard skin on my feet from doing ballet for a number of years and I was looking forward to having that skin removed. That did not happen! Although the customer service is excellent and the therapist was lovely, I will not be returning to this salon and I won’t be recommending it either. I left with the hard skin on my feet I came with, my feet are no softer and I have residual nail polish around the skin of my toes which was not wiped away during the gel application. Very disappointed. The one good is the place is very clean and modern.

Amazing results ? I am so pleased with my new brows ? after 4 months of overgrown, bushy caterpillars, what an absolute treat. I feel like a new lady. It was Caras first day today so the first time I’ve had a treatment with her. I had an amazing back massage, so relaxing and targeted all those stressed areas. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again.
