I have been getting my hair cut by Sinead for years so was hesitant to try a new hairdresser. Adrienne was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. Her method of cutting was very different but my hair looked and felt very healthy when I left. Will definitely be rebooking her again.

Had a great experience with Addrienne. Great hair advice. Did a llovely hair style for my little girl. Very impressive service. Will recommend.

Based at Sadlers, I had my nails done whilst I waited 4 my hair colour 2 set.Ive had alot of experience with going to different nail technicians, but I gotto say the level of service she provided was outstanding.????????.

She was very professional, took time 2 go thru the colours@any extra designs I wanted.

there's even a choice of getting halal nail polish done....

She took her time filling@preparing my nails 1st.Then cleaned my nails@put 2 coats of clear nail polish 2 protect nails@finally 2 coats of my chosen colour.2 finish she added on gel overlay,with sparke top coat.This protects ur natural nails@ keeps the colour on 4 a longer period of time.

A professional warming machine was used 2 dry nails@she also applied sum oil 2 moisterise at the end.

With Nat and Anna being on maternity, it seems like there's loads of new faces, but it hasn't changed at all; still the best salon in the area. They managed to find new stylists who are as friendly and good as the previous ones - in fact no, they are better! I went in for some highlights and a cut. Now I was greeted with happy smiling faces, smiling voices (is that a thng?!) and true professionals who do a really really good job. I love my hair, even more than I used to love it with my previous stylist. Well done to the owners for improving yet further!

I had my hair colour done by Roxana 6 weeks ago now, just called to book for January and spoke to the owner to say how pleased I am! She was quite new at the time and quite nervous and shy, but did a fabulous job, i have had none stop compliments and sent all my friends to the salon as they are all so pleased with how I look. Seriously, I have never had such a good, rich colour and great cut. I am so pleased! Tell everyone how great Roxana is, she deserves it!

Had to dye my hair since it's been a while from the last time I did it. Very satisfied with the result and the price is fair. The service was carried on by Oksana (if I remember well) which was professional, fast and attentive. Will return and I recommend Sadler Hair & Beauty Salon.

I got here on a rainy, busy day. I don't go very often to hair salons, but when I do, I am coming here. Today I had the courage to let myself in the hands of a new girl, Roxana. Absolutely the sweetest girl and I could tell that she was giving 101% to have the desired result. Nevertheless at the end I was absolutely in love with my new look. I must admit I was a bit nervous in the begining, but boy oh boy what an outcome. Will definitely be back and will definitely choose her again. The salon overal was really clean and nice. I always get added confidence when my hair is cut and feels great. Always happens after here, other places just don't give the same buzz.

Having moved out of Luton earlier this year, I didn't even consider changing hairdressers as there is no one I would rather cut my hair than Natalie.

Nat has cut my hair for about 15yrs now and she makes you feel very special. The cut is amazing, the service was fantastic.

The only negative was the lack of atmosphere. There was only Nat in and the hustle and bustle of the busy salon appears to be missing.

I turned up for my appointment today to find my usual stylist had left. I was a bit apprehensive at trying someone new, but needn't have been! Roxana is a great stylist, a great addition to the great team of girls at Sadler. There's always changes when I go in, today they were unpacking some nail varnish and gels for a nail bar which will be open any day now. It will become my one stop shop for everything I need

I regard my regular 6-week cut & blow dry (and occasional full head tint!) as a time of relaxation. It's 45 mins when I'm allowed to sit in a chair and do absolutely nothing. Brilliant! The staff at the Luton salon are very attentive & make you feel very welcome. Today, I treated myself to a pocket nail care set - didn't know I needed one until I saw them by the till! Next time, perhaps a nice bangle or new colour nail polish...? (They didn't have these things before Sadler took over).

I came here with a groupon voucher and have had mixed experiences in the past at other venues, but this was lovely. Very relaxing and Abbie did a wonderful job with my hair I'm really pleased. Highly recommended

The girls are so lovely especially Natalie she is amazing!! My hair looks so wonderful tonight as it always does after being in the salon!!
Only downside is that you need to get my Green tea back in again...

Made to feel very welcome the moment you walk through the door. Had a colour fixed here after having had some highlights messed up by another place in Luton. Very interested to hear Aveda products are so natural, 90 something percent. My colour turned out beatifully, well pleased.

Really? I'm not very happy u don't warn customers they are being filmed!!! Plus looks like ur spying on ur staff who I must say are an asset to you and don't need spy cameras on them or your valued customers. A bit intimidating in a hairdressers! Not really a security issue either tbh!
If it wasn't for Abby and the team I'd be an ex customer ages ago. Look after your staff and customers rather than hack them off!

Lots of reviews from women... Doesn't have unisex written outside, but is a unisex salon - and makes a great job of mens hair. I always feel special in the salon and feel like I'm floating when I walk away, brimming with additional confidence. Can't fault it.

Full head highlights and cut and blow dry. Really great cut, done by attentive staff. Really busy, but made really special efforts to achieve exactly what I wanted. Bravo!

Great place; staff are great, prices good, Aveda products (very environmental), improved no end with new ownership.

Love the new LED lights, you must have spent a fortune, well worth it, brightens everywhere up so much! Looks warmer too! I always loved the salon, but since you guys got it it's got even better!
