Pleased with the cut and lowlights. Stylist was confident, which made me have confidence in her. Just remember, this is not a normal hairdressers, so although the students are timed, it is not as quick as a salon. However, I always have as great a cut and colour at a much cheaper price.
All the students in this class are polite and have great customer service they all do an excellent job and I have had experience with a lot of the class and each one has done a great job Claire is a great tutor and appears to have respect from her class.

Tenice worked really hard on my 'difficult thick' hair. She transformed it into a smooth, chic style, exactly how I wanted it. It always difficult to get the stylist to give you the style that you want. But Tenice was really passionate about her work and wanted to please me, so she did work hard to achieve this. I am really happy with my style and I hope to keep it looking like the fresh salon style as long as I possibly can. Thank you Tenice.
I had a dermatological facial today, and it left my skin feeling very smooth and hydrated. However, I would have liked to have had some tools used for extractions and smoothing the skin to enhance the treatment.
Had a wonderful Facial. Therapist was pleasant, chatty & informative. Very thorough, & enjoyable.
Lovely atmosphere, great communication and overall very relaxing. Little too much cream in beginning over eye area resulting in slight irritation. Soon remedied by instruction by tutor
Requested and had confirmation of an Essential Facial for £8 but received and charged £26 for a dermatological facial and message for £26 !!!
