As a chronic hair neglector, I always rely on the talented team at Sarai to rescue my locks. My recent visit with Shannon was no exception. Her expertise in highlights, toning, and cutting, combined with an incredible head massage, left my hair looking and feeling fabulous

Always a great experience my first time with Amy but my wife has Amy every time and loves her all the stylists are great and as a man I’m not fussy as to who I have cos it’s only a haircut 😊

I arrived early and was offered a drink. The salon is very pleasant atmosphere and I just read my book while I waited. The staff are friendly and courteous.

I usually get highlights but decided to try a balayage through Leah’s advice! She did such a good job as it blends so naturally and is exactly what I asked for. Thank you again!

Having suffered female pattern hair loss since my 20’s (now in my 50’s). Sarai and it’s wonderful team have changed my life. The system is incredible. It looks and feels exactly like the hair I used to have. As it fits securely over what’s there of my own hair, my scalp and hair are healthy (because Sarai are qualified trichologists, my scalp underneath feels more healthy than ever).
The system is so comfortable I forget it’s there - I swim, run and wash it as I would normally.
If you are hesitant, I urge you to go and chat with Sarah and her lovely team. I have no regrets.

I can not praise Sarah M and all of her colleagues enough, from the minute I entered the salon I was treated with the upmost respect and made to feel special. Everything was explain well and any questions I had were answered. I am so pleased I have found them and would definitely recommend them.

Great couple of hours spent getting my hair coloured and restyled by Amy. Came away feeling so much happier with my look, under Amy's expertise.

I had a terrible experience. I paid £300 for a balayage and the results were far away from my expectations. I took references and the results are not related. My Hair is red and I had to go twice because there were like strikes of different colours in my head. I would not recommend the salon.

i decided to ask for a treatment .....to recommend the right shampoo .....AM IN MY 70s......i wanted my hair in top condition.......i asked Sarah.......she came straight back with a treatment for my hair.....i have a sensitive scalp.......she came straight back with a treatment which i am having every time i come for my hair to be cut........AM REALLY PLEASED with the result......thank you

As a guest attending a luxe wedding in Italy and not having had my hair cut for over 3 years I plucked up courage to visit a hair salon for a restyle. Amy worked her magic on my scruffy barnet and I am very happy with the result. Follow up appointment already booked.

As always, Rees is polite & courteous and doesn’t bombard me with inane questions. She is just herself with no pretensions or jabber. She is one of the few hairdressers who actually knows what my hair grows like, how I want it cut and it always grows back retaining its shape without lumpy bits and straggly ends. She’s a real gem for me. (As the lovely Hayley used to be too before she left)
