Extremely happy with my hair style and colour today. Rees is friendly and very professional and understands what I want.

Finally a hairdresser who really listens to what you want! My cut is amazing and washes and styles so well at home. The wash process in salon was so lovely and relaxing too - fab head massage and massage seat. Thank you Tyla, and see you in 6 weeks.

First visit to the salon, lovely stylist who made me feel welcome.
I explained what I was aiming for & showed photos. Unfortunately too much hair length has been cut off into layers, especially on to top & sides, so I’m now back to where I was 3 months ago with a shirt cut!!
I am extremely dissatisfied & upset, but what can you do? The hair has gone & so has the money!

Wow what a Fabulous Salon they were able to rearrange my appointment and do my nails too as I slept in for Ascot so accommodating and receptionist was so lovely even asked a lady to wait a moment so I could pay as rushing for a train I would highly recommend this Salon thank you so much Lovely ladies oh and Laura also advised me on nail colour and did beautifully thank you all so much xx

After being let down by my usual hairdresser just before going on holiday, I managed to get a last minute appointment with Shannon. She did an amazing job, very precise and thorough with quite a challenging style. Very pleased with the result and a lovely experience. Thank you!

Chloe is brilliant! Always so smiley, happy and approachable every time I come for my appointment. She always makes sure to ask what I’d like, and she offers her valuable opinion as well as always thoroughly explaining how products work and what would work best for my hair. She’s an asset to the team at Sarai! All staff are very welcoming and helpful and I have always received great service both at the salon and over the phone.

So today I was transformed from blonde to brunette!! Honestly what a skill this lady has, I am so excited to start my brunette journey with you! Thank you so much and I'll see you soon :)

It was my first time visiting Sarai. Staff are friendly & accomodating I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. Shannon who attended to me is lovely & accomodating. Fin is an excellent hairdresser who always listens to what you want. I have never had a bad haircut from Fin. She is brilliant at recognising what you want and advising on what suits your hair and face shape.

Had an extremely disappointing experience. I had booked for my 9 year old daughter to have her hair cut and put in French plaits. The girl clearly wasn’t able to do this well and I could have done it myself. Not what I’d expect at the hairdressers. - lots of bits of hair sticking out , quite loose. I pointed out a few times lots of hair sticking out and wasn’t happy to pay £25 for this. She was defensive and rude. Experience was ruined for my daughter. By this morning it was all hanging out and I had to have a friend do an emergency fix of her hair before her sch residential.
It has sadly put me off ever returning to the salon. She left the salon with it not looking anywhere as good as it should for £25. I’m disappointed I was still expected to pay the full amount even though I’d make it clear I was unhappy. Zero customer service.

The junior stylist did a good job. Was friendly and keen to learn.

Shannon has done a wonderful job! She went above and beyond my expectations, she took her time and made me feel comfortable through her skills and manners. She was extremely polite and ensure everything she was doing was to my liking. Sarai is very lucky to have her!!

Leah was very friendly and approachable and did a splendid job on my daughter’s extremely thick hair by cutting and styling it so that it’s more manageable for her.

Lovely Amy has been cutting my 12 year old son hair for a little while now. She always listens to him and does a superb footballer haircut which both me and him think is really cool. Quote from the boy “she is cool and I love it”
