Finola was patient and spent time with me, with photos and advice, regarding my new haircut. She also ensured me that the cream she used on my hair was of natural ingredients after I informed her that I did not want toxic chemicals on my hair. She provided good customer service

The salon is very welcoming and you're made to feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door, offered drinks throughout. The wash and cut was great and I was provided with great advice from Rees who saved me from a potentially horrific hairstyle!

Last night was the Final Cut from Katie as she leaves the salon she will be very much missed . Salon is very well run and staff always pleasant and focused on excellent customer service with eye on detail and quality haircuts. Would like bacon rolls made available as well as tea and coffee!

Came in a little nervous to get my hair cut from long to very short and Chloe as always was wonderful, she gave suggestions and kept checking in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with how it was going and I love how it turned out.

As usual, I was very pleased with the way Finola cut and styled my hair. I like the new seating area.

Sarah is and always has been absolutely excellent. Very accommodating to my needs (allergies!) and generally great advice. Really directed to client care and wellbeing.

A good cut and colour although my stylist didn’t seem to understand what I was saying about having different coloured highlights. I have had this done before so not sure why?
Huge price increase since I last came. I was quoted £170 which I could just about afford. Got to till and it was £220. I won’t be coming again.

Love the feel of the salon, friendly, calm and serene.

Finola has been cutting and colouring my hair for a few years now but this was my 1st cut in 3 months due to chemotherapy treatment, I was very embarrassed and depressed with the condition of my hair due to treatment, Finola talked me through my options and I left with a beautiful new haircut which had shape and style. I love it, not only did it make me look a million times better but made me feel better in myself and so much more confident. My treatment will be ongoing for the future but now I have the confidence to go back to Finola every month. Thank you so much, you’ve made my day. x

I had a wash cut and finish with Tyla. She was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. I tend to just tie my hair up in a ponytail and be done with it, but she made me feel so pampered! I will definitely be going back for all my hair care needs!

Yhe shampooing and massage chair was enjoyable snd Chloe was careful to use products on sensitive skin. I relaxed in the chair and was delighted with the result.
