I want to start by saying a huge, thank you to Leah! After having a terrible experience with my pervious salon I was very nervous. Leah listen and understood exactly what I wanted and has gone above and beyond my expectations !!!! I absolutely love my hair and I’ll defo be back! She was very professional very friendly and took her time with my hair, and I can honestly say it’s probably one of the best haircuts and colour that I’ve ever had and I truly mean that.

Excellent service and a very experienced stylist. I had concerns around hair loss and the stylist was very understanding and gentle when washing and cutting. 10/10 from me.

Another fab visit. Finola knows exactly what I like and again left feeling delighted with my colour and bouncy blow dry.

My legs felt silky smooth and my brows were shaped to perfection and the perfect tint.

One suggestion - have more adult drinks (Prosecco, beer, soft drinks etc) available for customers outside of tea and coffee.

As always Tyla offered good advice about the colour and after the cut asked if I might like to change it slightly and she took extra time to change the shape .

Amy's skill as a hairdresser and kindness as a person always makes me feel human again. This evening appointment comes at the end of a long school term and I now feel holiday ready the only thing missing was a glass of fizz.

Finola has been doing my hair for nearly 5 years now and I wouldn't go to any one else. When you decide to have your hair cut very short and to colour it very boldly you put your self confidence and trust into the stylist. I know that when I go to Sarai’s I will be treated with kindness and honesty and that my stylist, whoever she is, has been trained to listen carefully to what I am hoping to achieve. Amy went above and beyond and gave me one of the best short haircuts I have ever had. Not only that, she judged the timing of the bleach and toner to perfection and even managed to eliminate the dreaded brass crown that often appears when it has been coloured. I am so grateful that she didn’t dismiss my desire for a really brave cut and encouraged me to ‘rock it’. As always, this salon is a joy to visit. You feel safe, confident and comfortable. A real haven in these difficult times! Thank you, Amy for persevering and getting the colour and cut just right.

Lianne fitted me in at short notice when my usual stylist was away. My colour is perfect and Lianne did an amazing cut, this was the first time she had cut my hair - I was very impressed! The whole salon experience at Sari is wonderful, every visit feels like a real “me time” treat.
