Always a lovely experience at the salon and I’m always happy with my hair.
Today was a bit stressful with a customer being very rude to Martine though. I think she handled it well but it’s such a shame when people don’t know their manners and then make a complaint about them. When you shout in someone’s face and say “I don’t care young lady” is just patronising and rude. Martine is lovely and has always been polite and friendly and this woman clearly had issues.

Sam always cuts and styles my hair exactly as I ask for infact she goes above and beyond making me feel amazing by the time I leave the salon. With long hair I’m always cautious with stylists but she is an expert and would recommend her highly.

Elaine gave me another gorgeous colour and the cut from Robert was different to what I usually have I absolutely love both, complete strangers actually asked me where I had it done.
