Superb cut, as always! I drive 1.5 hours from Bristol just to get my hair cut by Sallyann - I don’t trust anyone else to cut my fine, frizzy, “challenging” hair. She always does a fantastic job and the service all round at the salon is great!!

Sallyann understands what you are looking for and then goes ahead to create it, but whilst doing so, she always maintains an exuberant, warm and friendly manner and makes you feel special. There are various other little treats along the way, like fruit, smoothies and flavoured water which is a lovely touch. She has a wonderful team and it is always a joy coming to the hairdressers and I would definitely recommend a visit.

I’ve been a regular for years. I’ve developed my various hair styles over this time with Sallyann’s help and she’s always on the money, always remembers what my last cut was and great with knowing what to do. Not only that but we always have a good chat because she’s so affable, I always look forward to my hair appointments, they’re usually a very welcome break from the hustle and bustle of family life with 3 kids at the weekend. Looking forward to my next visit.

This was the first time visited the salon. From the moment I walked in, I was looked after and taken care of immediately with wonderful attention to detail. The energy in the salon is infectious and leaves you with a spring in your step, wanting more of it! Sallyann made me feel empowered, positive and ready for my graduation ceremony today. The experience is always top class. They are led by Sally Ann who expects and gives quality at every chance given. Trust them for the right guidance and excellent cut. Great value is based upon quality of the cut and the experience in store . Result ... even 8weeks into my style people mention how well it was cut and looks .

Outstanding work by Sallyann again today. She is so talented and has an amazing ability to tweak my style each time resulting in me leaving the salon feeling a million dollars. It’s always such a lovely experience and ambience with lovely little extra touches. Today’s was a smoothie shot and fruit - delicious.

I always love going to see Sallyann - it's my favourite therapy. It was particularly good today as there were Choco Leibniz biscuits with coffee and I had a particularly good head massage from the young man who washed my hair.
Combined with good conversation and a great haircut, which I know will grow out brilliantly over the next few weeks - what more could I ask for?

Great colour and cut, unfortunately shampoo and treatment was really uncomfortable, massage was literally 10 secs, lots of hair pulling and generally very uncomfortable...

More than happy with the advice and cut and will for sure return to her.
