Always great haircuts from here no matter who i have. I’ve been coming here for 6years now, and never disappointed. And always walk away with exactly what I wanted and more.

I left and cried. I very clearly started that I did not want my hair to be orange. I voiced my concerns to both the stylist and another member of staff.
I have been coming here a number of years and after this experience I will be questioning doing so again.
I felt dismissed and not listened to.k

Claire was really nice and attentive to my daughter ensuring her hair was perfect from start to finish!

Not only does Sallyann listen to me whittering away for an hour, she also ALWAYS gives me an excellent haircut! I particularly like how she starts off the appointment by asking what I liked (or didn't like) about my last haircut and what my lifestyle currently is, to ensure I get the right haircut for ME. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dora as always was superb. The experience was not good because the music was too loud and "Beatty" not an enjoyable experience. I was unable to speak to Dora because she couldn't hear me or l her. I feel that this music caters for a far younger clientele and should be more middle of the road to accommodate all age groups that use this salon

After a little hiccup with my booking, which was sorted out very quickly, I had a great experience as always. Gemma did my cut which is amazing as always. Amie did a fantastic job with my colour, so happy with it - Thank you both ?

I cannot fault Dora's talent. I was happy with the colour she did on my hair. However the salon experience I am sad to say I no longer enjoy. The salon seemed very understaffed and Dora as good as she was could not be everywhere. I feel for the young trainees. One of which was left to wash my hair and blow dry however I had to revist the sinks as dye was still in my hair. The blow dry although rough was not how you should leave a higher end salon that charges higher end prices. I want to make clear that I do not blame the trainee and more upset that they surely shouldn't be left to their own devices until they have had more extensive training. It was not a models/trainees night and therefore they should have been monitored or shown what to do and then guided through having a go themself.

The last couple of times I have visited I have felt the same way. I should make clear the staff our lovely and they are a credit to the salon however maybe its the management of the salon that needs improvement. Maybe more staff available if trainees are still in the early stages of learning.

I sadly do not think I will go back to the salon any longer as the service no longer justifys the price.

Amy coloured my hair and she is informative and talked me through the colouring process, Ricki cut my hair and I wouldn't use anyone else. Everyone was friendly and there was a nice atmosphere. I would recommend.

Had a full head highlights and a haircut by Jonathan, could not be happier with the result. This was my 2nd time seeing him, really nice guy and really knows what he is doing :)

I asked ***** to cut my hair to a particular style and length. He ignored what I asked for and did a cut he liked. I am very disappointed as each time I have been ( 4 times) my hair has been cut shorter and shorter to the point that I wont use the salon again, The customer should get the cut they have asked for.

Jonathan is a natural, great hair wash, layered cut and stay in place curly blow dry, what's not to love!

First time visiting this salon. Gemma was lovely and did a fantastic job restyling my previously dry frizzy hair into a cute long bob. Great service will definitely go back!

I thought my stylist understood my request and what I wanted. I felt let down as she worked on my hair for 25 mins and I saw no change except for a trim at best! I am very disappointed as I had a vision of what I wanted and waited to grow out my hair to get the style and I can’t away with a salvaged version of a different style. I doubt I’ll go back again
