Usually have Sally Ann who I absolutely love cutting my hair but she was unavailable so I had my hair cut by Ricky. Very friendly and chatty and very happy with my hair cut. I’ve also had Jonathan previously and he was also very good. Love this salon...

I had an excellent welcome, Jonothan was nice and professional, my hair looks amazing, but the best thing was that I paid exactly the same price that I agred over the phone, the one that was advertised with no hiden surprises.!!!Well done !!!!

New stylist Jonathan from the Canary Islands expertly dyed my hair last night. He was sweet, chatty and took his time to do a great job. And his blow dry was lovely. The reception girls were polite and sweetly offered me two cups of delicious tea.

Jonathan was absolutely amazing! it’s the first time in over 20 years I walked out of hairdresser happy .. I’m 71 years old ( I trained at Raymond Mayfair ) my 2 daughters want to come they so impressed one lives in Bournemouth and the other Cotswold .. he worked magic on my hair .. i am in recovery of 2 potentially fatal fractures and it played havoc with my hair thinning and Jonathan made it look great

Friendly, efficient staff who give a warm welcome to everyone who comes into the shop. Would definitely recommend especially Mollie who is always ready to offer advice.

Fedora is just such s lovely person and we always have a laugh when she cuts my hair. Unfortunately the lass that washed my hair should maybe be a bit more aware of her nails!!!

It was a lot shorter than I asked for. It was mainly the back that I needed cutting and just tidied up on top and at the sides

Unfortunately Sallyanne was not able to go to the salon for completely understandable family reasons. However the way this was handled by the receptionist was not great. I received a telephone call which asked me to attend earlier than my original booking and which simply was not possible. Having explained that I couldn’t come earlier I was told that the person who would do my half head highlights probably wouldn’t have time to finish but she would do what she could. Actually the person who did my highlights was brilliant and didn’t understand why that had been said to me. I’m very happy with the results. I then had a long wait for the cut and style which I already expected and the junior stylist did a reasonable job although my fringe isn’t great. In hindsight I should have cancelled rather than accept the changes as I felt that the receptionist thought I was a nuisance for not being able to come in earlier

Despite stating I have stubborn greys I ended up leaving with greys that weren’t covered...another appointment made to rectify without charge and it was fixed

Sally Ann is not only a 1st class Hairdresser who understands the look you are seeking but she also goes out of her way to make your whole experience a very enjoyable one with her warm and friendly manner. She is fantastic! I’m super pleased with my cut. After a very long time I came out of the salon very satisfied. The attention to detail was superb-and being a bit of perfectionist myself it’s quite easy to recognise another :)

Dora was so lovely she did a fantastic job with my hair and all the staff were really friendly - going to the hairdressers is not something I particularly enjoy and not having been to Maidenhead before I was not really looking forward to it but they were all really welcoming and all did a great job so I will definitely go back over the other branches in the area.

Danni talked me through a big change (long curly hair - gone in new direction with radical cut) and an all over tint - very impressed - she suggested ideas I had not thought through, showed me pictures in a book of what she would like to do, discussed a treatment I want done, and we also duscussed revamping my colour fir my next visit - very happy customer! She is friendly, chatty and interested .... lovely woman

Have every confidence in team at maidenhead and not disappointed today. Good attentive service from the more junior offering tea to main treatment wash and blow dry. Thank you, it’s what I expect but don’t take for granted .

If someone wants a haircut, Gemma is the best in Maidenhead i should say in Berkshire.

I’m so pleased with my hair. It is the first time I have been to the salon. SallyAnn was amazing. She took time to understand what I wanted as I felt i really needed help due to previous hair disappointment at another salon. and then did exactly what I wanted.

Sally Anne as always cuts my hair beautifully and is always so cheerful and passionate about hairdressing. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Nice hair

Fedora is an excellent hair artist with a beautiful gentle calming manner. She always checks how I am. As I did not feel very well she was extra vigilant offering water and asking how I feeling. Best of all she takes pride in doing my hair. I often notice her smiling whilst she is working. Thank you I always come out looking s million dollars. The cut look great and colour looks great.
