Really really pleased with my cut and colour and left the salon happy. However I was taken aback at the price at the end. I’m used to paying around a fairly set amount and I‘ve been coming to the salon 4 years. so to come in at over £60 more I felt like there was a pretty big increase, more than I would expect post Covid to reflect the situation. Jonathan did break it down for me though and for this time I was happy to pay it, I’m just not sure I can afford it going forward! Hygiene and standards in the salon spot on :)

Well done all for coping so well with the COVID-19 challenges. As always great professional service - one can really say 'what do you think would look best' and leave it to the experts.
Next time must remember to take either a thermos of tea, or a can of G&T.

A lot of time had been taken to get the salon ready for customers using the new guidelines and I was provided disposable PPE as I entered.
Each station was protected by screening and staff were wiping these down through the the time I was there. I felt confident all precautions were taken.
I’d given Jonothan carte blanche to restyle my hair as it hadn’t been touched in five months and I was thrilled with the end result.
Just wished for longer in the massage chair and an intense head massage to complete the treat.

I'm not sure of the stylist, male, French I think. he was amazing, great cut and style. He also gave me a mini tutorial on how to replicate the style at home. fantastic service!

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. I could not fault anything and I was very pleased with the result (although it did cost a lot more than I would normally pay!!)

I have had my hair cut at Toni & Guy Maidenhead for many years and the service today was great. The new measures put in place since Covid-19 made me feel safe and in good hands! Ricky did a great cut on my hair and I would highly recommend the team at the Maidenhead salon - a friendly and professional team!

I can’t stop talking about it. Words like Amazing Awesome Wow clinical comes to mind. I Shared my experience with my friends and family back home. I can see all the thought, effort and preparations that has taken place beforehand to give me ( Us the clients ) the best experience. I felt valued ( the towels and masks packet) had a personal pampering touch. Jonathan is amazing. An asset to the team. I’m so satisfied with my hair. The whole morning was a delight. We agreed a very different cut from pre-COVID. All worked very well on the hygiene front and the cut was brilliant

I was very pleased to have a hair cut after 17 weeks. As Gemma had cut my hair so well before lock-down the short style had lasted really very well but I was delighted to have her working her magic again and now feel back to normal.

I had a lovely experience today I felt a little anxious before going in did not need to be felt welcomed was told what about my own gown mask etc .was so nice to see gemma and she gave me such a good Haircut feels so good .the salon was very clean staff had visors on I felt relaxed and overall very happy thank you .u r all doing a really good job in this difficult time .

Great haircut by Jonathan. Disappointed I was charged £3 for PPE without any notification. My mask was also removed from the table in front of me when I returned from having my hair washed. So effectively I paid £3 for a couple of paper towels. Suggest T&G notify customers of the PPE charge on their website or when they arrive for their appointment!

I had Jonothan colour my hair, then Romain for a cut and style. Absolutely love the outcome and couldn’t recommend them highly enough :) Will definitely be visiting again!

Great hair colour service and amazing wash!
The only thing I would say is not be too afraid to push and pull when drying my hair... sometimes I felt it to be a little too gentle and lovely of course but to get the right style etc I'm happy for a bit of tug and pull during the blow dry ..we were running late so I skipped the hair straighteners,...but only because it just felt too long etc...

I always love Romsin cutting my hair, he loves doing short hair and it shows in his work. Willing to listen to what I want, and executes the style brilliantly, he is an excellent stylist, and recommend him highly.

I haven't been to a 'proper' salon for a few years so thought I'd treat myself to a post lockdown treat.
Maidenhead is a lovely clean, light and airy salon. All staff are friendly and welcoming.
Romain did a fab job on my hair - I have already booked him for my next cut!

Absolutely amazing!! Jonathan as always took time and did a wonderful job! The head massage was the icing on the cake!

With the need Covid guidelines it would be easy to let standards slip, however the salon and Dora were as sleek and professional as ever. My hair looks great, I felt completely safe and Sharon is doing a great job of keeping the salon to a really high standard

Wonderful cut from Gemma and fantastic colour from Jonathan - a real boost to my confidence! A great salon experience as always!

I also had my hair cut with Gemma. I was really anxious as this was the first time I had been anywhere since lockdown but I was so impressed. The whole salon was super clean and everything was disinfected before every client. Every time I looked around Sharon was cleaning and disinfecting, really made me feel at ease. Will definitely be recommending this salon.

Romain was lovely and attentive, listened to what I wanted and really paid attention to how to make it work for my hair. He was very kind and calm, and didn’t make me feel like he was rushing despite it being busy. The whole salon clearly understood the new procedures and made me feel safe.

A bit underwhelmed with the whole experience of I’m honest. Normally really happy here, but firstly I wasn’t offered to take my wet coat off, I had to ask! Secondly the hair washing chair was broken so was sat an awkward angle with my head in an uncomfortable position and lastly the actual
cut was disappointing. The brief was not understood and I had to ask to go shorter, and even then wasn’t as agreed. Not a great experience all in all.

Excellent haircut. Had colour done by Amie and she always delivers amazingly!
