Such friendly staff, so helpful and gave great advice on what could help me look after my hair, would recommend to anyone :)

Oh, no, I don’t know which Emily! She was wonderful, though- really took on board all my requirements, and explained some things to me about my hair that I’d never understood.

It was my first visit to the salon. On arrival there was a warm and friendly atmosphere. Emily was excellent in the way she styled my hair. She made me feel very comfortable and I intend to visit again, she even walked me to my car……. above and beyond, brilliant.

Every time I come in Karla is always so warm and welcoming, she’s a lively character and always makes me feel welcome. Her service is always up to satisfactory and I always leave with a smile on my face, thank you so much for your time and effort.

Sophie is lovely. I always look forward to my haircut and having a lovely chat with Sophie.

Children’s haircuts. Just the perfect length had been taken off and it is now easy to brush and soft and silky smooth. Very good with the children.

Karla did my hair and I loved it. She was awesome, polite and sweet. Did my hair exactly the way I wanted. I will go back to her again!  Every stylist here is talented, and the service is impeccable, the atmosphere is very friendly, and I loved my experience.

Consistently good haircut and recommendations on colour changes

Very pleased with the service I received, both professional and personally. A very clean and spacious salon.

Such a nice, easy service. She was so nice and talkative (in a good way), she explained and supported me throughout the experience, she did exactly what I asked for, honestly I was so nervous but it’s come out amazing and I love it!

As a nervous person going into the unknown Emily made me feel totally relaxed and listened to what I wanted done. Great job x

Emily is amazing at her job & perfects my hair every time

I came in with my colour grown out and my hair was very long and quite dry and damaged at the ends. Emily spent 6 hours on it and managed to make it look incredible. She re-did my balayage and took quite a bit of length off and I’m amazed by how amazing and healthy it looks now. She’s so talented and incredible at what she does.

An excellent restyle after a 2 year 'Covid growth'. Debbie was professional and her experience showed in the all important cutting. I am very pleased. Thank you Debbie, see you again.

Fab initial welcome Sophie was chatty throughout & lovely, really pleased with my cut & have rebooked.

I have been lucky enough to have Lisa cut and colour my hair over the past 5 years. I have curly hair which can be tricky to cut but Lisa has always cut it so well. I would highly recommend her for her cutting and colouring talent, and she is such a lovely person as well. Plus the Newbury salon is always full of friendly, smiling staff so it's a pleasure to visit.

Just got home from a very enjoyable visit to salon. Karl was very very pleasant, chatty and good sense of humour. She listened to what l wanted and was not at all pushy when k said l did not particularly like products. Very very pleased with hair cut. Would definitely recommend her.

I can always rely on Debbie to make my hair look amazing. I leave the salon with a spring in my step. Only negative was the mixed messages regarding mask wearing.

I've been going to the same hairdresser in London for 20 years, but as I've been unable to drive into town recently, I asked Julian (who cuts my husband's hair) if he would trim mine in the Newbury salon. I asked if he could just follow the layers I already had without changing the style, and that's exactly what he did. :-)

Great cut with my difficult fine hair. Colour looks good as well.
