All the staff were welcoming, listened carefully and discussed with me snd my 14year old son, what hair style/ cut he wanted. The stylist treated my son like an adult which was refreshing and he was very pleased with his haircut.

I had to change my appointment from next week and was squeezed in for the last minutes of the Salon times today. Nothing is too much trouble for Finnhair and Becky did a wonderful cut and blowdry as usual. Thank you.

Had to get a haircut for my year old son. And he is super fiddly and cranky while getting a haircut but can’t thank the staff enough for being so patient and playful to engage him. Emily calmly cut his hair while the other’s distracted him. I would say I really appreciate their understanding and caring behaviour. Also, the hair look in much better shaped than the uneven look.

Chloe did a brilliant cut and finish today. Always a pleasure to go to this salon; the staff are lovely and everything felt very covid safe.
It was a quiet appointment so can’t really comment on the atmosphere, but I was treated well and Emily made me feel comfortable as I am an anxious person.
Before my appointment for a colour and cut I spoke to two receptionists . Neither told me I needed a skin test as this was a requirement since Covid restrictions had been lifted. I have no issue with this but frustrated that I had to go back for my colour. I was told for this inconvenience I would be offered a discount. I was offered £2.50 off my bill which I did feel was an insult. Don’t think this covered my petrol for having to go back in.

I had a scalp/hair treatment and a cut today at Finn Hair. Both ladies knew what they were doing and the whole experience was relaxing, luxurious and friendly. My new haircut is beautiful and functional, in other words, perfect!
Becky sorted out my lockdown hair, and I’m so pleased with the cut, it blow dryed lovely - thank you.
As usual all staff were very friendly & customer service good. It was great to see how busy it was after Freedom Day! Sarah was efficient & knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut as have been many times before. Nothing too much trouble. She is always happy in her work. Already booked my next appointment.

I always look forward to going to the salon at Silverdale Road and not just because of a much needed haircut. The salon is nicely laid out and all the staff are great. Social distancing, masks and sanitizer I have no concerns at all. There’s always a big range of clients age wise too so everyone / every style is covered. Sarah is great, knows how my hair really well and I leave feeling very happy.

I booked for my usual cut & blowdry, little did I know this would fall on the hottest day this year! However, the aircon in the salon was a delight! I swapped the blow dry for a mini treatment - who needs extra heat in a heatwave?! I left having had a fabulous haircut, been pampered with a head massage and left with some natural beach waves in my hair. Thank you Steph, you’re a legend ??♀️?

I am very disappointed with the service provided. I was looking forward to my purple highlights but after 3 long patient hours I was very shocked and to my horror there were no purple highlights at all ?. ***** should have to told me that the hair had to be bleached to achieve the desired result. It was far from what I had expected from a salon like Finn. I don’t think I will be recommending them to family and friends?
