The service was not as great as compared to last time’s. As a customer I wouldn’t want to go again.

I give so much credit to this salon. I’ve been coming here for around 10 years despite no longer living in the area. Staff are friendly and well mannered. Holly cut my hair today and did a fab job. Very pleased. Will always come here no matter where I live!

So pleased with the service and their friendly atmosphere in the salon. Meme she has done a good job on my hair as it’s my very first time had my hair coloured. Everybody at work, my colleagues and most of my customers where I work have to look twice as they didn’t recognise me, even my own son when he had to pop in in our shop. Also well done to the one of the student who cut my hair, I had a lot of compliments as well. Excellent! Thank you for making me look nice. ????

From a great experience last time I returned, my hair really was in need of a cut although I feel it was a bit rushed this time and I didn’t get the same service. I’m not happy with my hair as it curly and it’s taken forever to grow out layers, i sit down and once again layers have been put in and this was not conveyed to me clearly I simply needed an inch off so I’m really upset and disappointed with the end result, it’s only when I got home I realised how short it actually was ... all I can do now is wait and start again to try and grow out layers!

Nita is just fab! I’ve had the same hairdresser for about 10 years so it’s been rough finding someone new but she took all that worry away! All staff were friendly and the salon looked clean, on top of maintaining the cleanliness.

So I went into Tony & Guy in Reading, having not long moved down to the area.

I normally dread going into salons because I always get lectured about home dying my hair, truth is I can’t affoed to have it coloured because it cost a fortune as it have it all crazy colours it takes hours to do. So I do it at home and then get it cut every now and again.

So I put it off.

When I went in they straight away were so welcoming. Offered me a drink took my coat, nothing was too much trouble.

I explained my ends were horrendous and I wanted to keep as much length as possible but was well aware of the condition it was in.

They were amazing. They told me every step how much they were taking off, what they were doing, etc.

Constantly making sure I was ok, happy and if I needed anything.

I was so happy I booked back I for the new year.

Honestly they were fab. I knew my hair was in shoddy condition, but they were wonderful. Didn’t lecture me about dying my hair which is a reason I put off going to get my hair cut. They just put me at so much ease, and we’re so nice and friendly.
