The stylist Holly listened to exactly what I wanted, gave helpful advice specific to my hair. She finished it perfectly, and despite running over time she didn’t make it feel rushed. A great experience!

Wonderful, friendly helpful staff.
Been twice now-the first being a much needed urgent hair fix which they happily did with no fuss. Been again and my hair is completely transformed, looks stunning and just a general lovely experience x

Mara is an awesome knowledgeable colorist who gets it right every time. Never had a bad color! Just wish the drying experience could be consistent as a different junior member of staff every time.

I went in yesterday and Bobby made my hair exactly how it was meant to be. I have quite an edgy cut (shaved, undercut) and it just wasn’t looking right. I am so happy with what she did. Already booked to go back.

Walked in and didn't expect to get an appointment but it just so happens the lady at the desk , Michele was free. She was lovely and easy to speak to unfortunately I had a few other members of staff interrupting her and was juggling three people at once to which she apologies but I guess it happens with overun appointments and shirt staff

It has been a while since I have left a hair salon feeling good. That is how I felt leave tony and guy today. My colour was perfect. My cut beautiful. I feel very happy.

I can normally depend on Toni and Guy for a good blow dry but unfortunately this time I was disappointed. Not only did it take an hour and a half, the result was no way near the standard it usually is - I came away feeling like it was a waste of £30 and I could have done it better myself. The stylist I had was friendly but clearly couldn't handle my curly hair. Next time I shall think twice about going there.

Brilliant receptionist who makes you feel at ease sets the high standard from the start and throughout all my visits the level of service from staff is excellent making this company stand out in a crowded market would not go anywhere else

Unfortunately the experience of a colours treatment always ends up with an inexperienced member of staff drying your hair, so the “making you look great” overall effect isn’t always satisfactory. Today Mara was great, the colour was great but please someone tell The young girl to smile a little!

Had Bobby cut and restyle my hair. She did a fab job and was just great in telling and showing me how to dry it and style it myself. Have re-booked ????

Great Salon with friendly helpful staff. My colourist and stylist, Mara and Holly are excellent I would highly recommend them both. I’m sure the other staff are just as competent but I have no experience of them.

This was my first time at Toni and Guy. I was well impressed with the quality of hair colour done by Meme and the haircut done by Michelle. Highly recommend these two ladies and I will definitely be back next time.

First time with a different hairdresser in a long time and had a great experience. Lovely lady who was very easy to chat to and helpful with what i should do.

I’ve been a customer in this salon for few years now. The staff is always smiley, kind and goes out of their way to make their customers feel welcome.
The quality is usually quite consistent but it will naturally vary based on the experience of the hairdresser. There’s enough of a good thing there that makes me trust them and come back every time.

I like that my hairdresser seems to know whether I’m knackered and don’t want to chat or cheery and wanting to chat.
I like that she really listens to how I want my hair and does just that.
She’s grand.

I was very nervous about having my hair coloured. The colourist Viv, I think was her name was amazing. She really listened and understood what I wanted and the colour is subtle and looks fantastic. Lots of compliments on it.
Unfortunately I will have to wear my hair up again for the next few months to grow out a terrible hair cut.
I have been growing my hair long and hadn’t had it cut in months. When asked if I wanted layers, I said just a couple of long layers as my hair needs the weight in it. The man that cut my hair was so arrogant as not to listen to what I wanted and instead give me what he thought would work. I now have over layered, flat and unmanageable hair with a strange grown out fringe look. Everyone that knows me has commented on how bad it looks. I paid a premiums for it too as it was the director.

Colour the best ever, the cut the worst ever.
