There was a power cut on 21 July just as the blow dry was going to be done. It was arranged that clients went to Marks & Spencers to have that done. I very much appreciated that the staff arranged this.

Lovely cut & colour by Michelle and Monica, my hair is looking so much healthier- very pleased with the result!

Marco as always knew my requirements before I told him. Lovely coffee whilst I waited. First class reception and check out. Great experience and great music playing to set scene

Friendly warm thoughtful careful service with lovely result

Very nice lady but probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I don’t really know what to do with it. Still in shock. Probably need to talk refunds... or fix. I’m not difficult and I did ask for something specific but would expect guidance. I look ridiculous.

I am impressed with the haircut, quality and service I have received in Tony and Guy (Reading). Holly (the person who cut my hair) is outstanding. I am very happy and will be back.

Marco has been cutting my hair since the salon opened. My first cut with him was incredible & I've been a loyal customer since. Everyone is very helpful & friendly. Highly recommended.

Always do a great job. Only negative is they are always too busy to dedicate time to you and you get passed from person to person. Other than that highly recommended

Holly is a great stylist and everyone in the saloon is friendly and professional. They’re always welcoming and completely unpretentious, despite their vast knowledge and expertise.

I love visiting Kim and Bobbi. They are so friendly and have great knowledge and experience - they always create stunning hair doo for me!!

Kim did my balayage colour exactly as I asked, and it’s come out looking really fresh and blonde.
I also had a fantastic cut which has brought life back to previously straggly and grown out hair.
A great experience which I’d recommend to anyone - never be scared to change hairdresser!

I’ve been having my hair done every since I’ve moved to reading by bobby 3 years ago and I absolutely love how she does my hair! She listens to what I want and makes suggestions that usually turn out amazing! I cannot recommend her enough!

Excellent work; both the stylist Marco and the assisstant Emma did a great job. My wife is a bit concerned about my look- she fears I look much younger!

The girls took time to work out the best technique for colouring my hair to ensure a quality result. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Loved the result and will definitely be going back!

A friendly and enjoyable experience, impeccable service.

Colour was fab as always but I always get frustrated when I'm shoved with a junior for the hair drying. Then I have to ask for someone else, feel bad about the experience instead of great!

The chap washing my hair (who never has before or will again) grabbed both my ears at their base and sharply twisted them 180 degrees before scuttling off without word of an apology after I cried out.
As for the director who attempted to cut my hair, he just did not know what he was doing.
I really just wanted the whole experience to end and I will never go back there again.

I must say it was a very disappointing experience! I think T&G is relatively very expensive which would be understandable if the service was relatively much better too! I would recommend to ensure your stylist are worth the price you charge your clients.

Colour wasn’t what I asked for, very patchy in places and really not happy!!!!!!!!!

I had a blow dry by Kleri and I was so pleased with the result. My hair was styled to perfection, so I will definitely be back again!
