I went for colour and came out feeling on top of the world! My colourist Anya truly is fantastic. She works with me to achieve my colour goals and this time we got the result I wanted. I was then getting a blow dry by one of the juniors when one of the art directors asked if he could take over. He engaged with me straightaway. He basically gave me a mini masterclass in how to blowdry my hair which I thoroughly appreciated. I mentioned possible getting a side fringe cut into my bob and he went ahead and did it! I am so pleased that I have found a salon that delivers exceptional client service which adds value and professionalism every single time - thank you!

Every member of Marcos team are a pleasure to spend time with. The service, courtesy and care are exceptional and the results with my hair fab. I’m not easy to please and my hair is tricky !

Sign of the times I suppose but in reading, A shop I’ve been using for 9 years, it always seems like the service and customer care is not quite what you expect from such an iconic brand

Marco has been cutting my hair for around 20 years now - because he is amazing! The salon is lovely & staff all super friendly. Great coffee, head massage & music. Can’t beat it.

Had a few hair extensions put in to add fullness to my fine hair, Bobbie explained step by step what she was doing and how to look after them after and the best products to use. So pleased with them look fab thanks you x ????❤️

I received a good service and I was pleased with the results. Lots of lovely junior staff to help. I did not book a haircut after my colour. All the stylists were busy so had the £10 blow dry instead. It was OK but next time I will book the stylist. It's more expensive but it's a better service.

I love coming to Toni And Guy Reading. I have been for 8 or so years and am always looked after. Mara is the best colourist I have ever had do my hair. Fabulous

A great hair colour from the lead hair colourist and a hair cut that makes me feel so good about myself every time I go to Tony & Guy Reading. The atmosphere is friendly yet professional and I would never go elsewhere after at least 20 years at the same hairdressers. Highly recommended.
