I have my baby shower tomorrow and unfortunately my hairdresser was off sick from a different salon so I thought I'd try Toni & Guy and I was not disappointed! I had no appointment I just walked in and was told Marco was available. He gave me a fantastic haircut I was very happy. I paid £3 less than I usually do and feel the experience was very professional. A nice friendly environment and a nice touch to have it recorded and photos taken at the end. I will definatley be back!

Probably need to improve on communication skills between staff and also staff/clients.
Everyone was very professional and made sure I was happy with the haircut/results.
Staff was friendly and approachable as well.

Made a last minute booking to have my hair put up for a day at Royal Ascot. We are from Cardiff but we're staying in Reading for the races. Took my hat with me and Helen did an excellent job, taking my hat, outfit, hair type and face shape all into consideration.

I had ***** who unfortunately was not as experienced and was not given enough supervision, whilst she did her best she lack support and supervision. The supervisor spent more time with other two trainees and even failed to check at the end. The cut was ok but finish was very poor... first time after 10 years decided not to attend this salon anymore

From the minute I care in I was spoiled. Smiles, my things were taken, chocolates, coffee and biscuits, amazing conversations and just so many laughs and amazing service. Couldn’t have asked for more. Marco you are a star thank you so much.

I had a great model haircut, cut by Emily supervised by Holly. They understood how I wanted my hair to be cut and did a very good job. Emily was considerate and professional and Holly was a skilled mentor. Thank you, both. All staff were efficient and courteous.
