Hollie at Toni & Guy Reading consistently cuts my hair to an amazing standard. Since moving to the Reading branch, people have commented on how good my hair looks. Even though Reading is out of my way, I am more than happy to travel there!

Holly was great! Great cut and blow dry! Receptionist (don’t know the name) extremely rude! When I got in she was upset about something so she rudely told me to sit and will take care of me when possible. She obviously forgot about me and left me waiting for 20 minutes until one of the hairdressers realised and came to take my jacket and took me to Holly.

I had my hair coloured by Mara. A very talented colourist. She kept my shade natural, a chocolate brown with hints of light brown. My hair has never looked so good. My blow dry was with Meme. My naturally curly hair was blown out with soft waves to perfection.
Such creative, very pleasant and talented girls. Thank you so much!

Fitted me in at short notice for a hair cut and tint regrowth. Very happy with the result. Friendly and helpful staff.

The young man who did my hair was very pleasant. He really took on board that I didn’t want my hair to look very flat, and that I wanted with as much body as possible. Many hairdressers I’ve been to just do as they wish.

Best salon experience I have ever had. Staff members Kiki and Adam made me feel so welcome and were both so positive and excited when doing my hair. I went from dark brown to ice blonde thanks to kiki, who btw was even more in love with my hair than I was. And Adam gave me such a nice and sleek cut and style, leaving me feeling so confident walking out of the salon! Could not recommend more!

These guys are clearly super busy, but every single customer is taken care of and great care and attention is given to each cut. It was just a really great experience.

I got a balayage done for £84. All went good. I was asked when washing my hair if i wanted my hair dried a standard dry and straight or a £10 extra charge for a style. Shouldn't all cuts and or colour be styled as part of the service??

As always from arrival to walking out everyone are polite and very helpful.

My hair was done by Helen (student stylist) who from the start was very polite/professional and hospitable.
She was being monitored by Holly. Holly too was overly professional and took time to ask what I required. They both offered suggestions on what would look best. I'm very happy with the results and I wish Helen all the best in being qualified.

I’ve not been a customer for many years, in the past coming to the salon seemed like a premium experience and it no longer feels like that today.

Loved my first experience at Toni&Guy Reading. From atmosphere (nice music, clean, positive vibe), to service and the great advice for my type of hair and colour. Enjoyed my head massage and all the nice chats with the girls. A well deserved pampering experience.

Meh always does a super job

Fabulous head massage, I think it was Helen, probably the best hair way ever (and I’ve had a few over the years). Adam, love his cut he did for me, really nice bloke, only been twice but he welcomed me as if a friend. Highly recommended! Worth 5 stars
