It was a great all round experience. Jessica was very vigilant when it came to making sure everything was clean and complied with COVID rules, my hair was cut to a high standard and it was great to talk to her too!

I don’t remember the time I had such a great hair appointment! Jessica was wonderful. She listened to my requests for a specific cut, made some suggestions and explained the rationale behind them. The wash was just right with a good head massage, she took her time cutting my hair to get it just right and blew dry, making sure everything looked good. She has great attention to detail and we had good conversation throughout, which was lovely!

When I got home, my OH immediately commented on the cut and complimented it.

After a couple of years of adding too much blonde (bleach) to my hair it felt and looked quite damaged. But after a visit with Jess and her advice and knowledge about the more natural products she uses it looked and felt so much better. I’ll definitely being going back to use this way of colouring my hair, thank you Jess!

It was the first time that I went to Prime Hairdressing. The experience was amazing. Love my new haircut and Jessica was great from the beginning, listening to my idea to performing the haircut. An amazing professional! Looking forward already to the next time.

Great service, friendly, helpful and patient with my 3 children who all needed a major haircut after lockdown. Loved that they donated my girls hair to a charity to make wigs. Will certainly go again and will recommend!

Wonderful experience. Jess and Gemma both really lovely. Gemma did a great job on my hair. Did exactly what I wanted. Great price and I have no hesitation recommending them. Also, no problem with parking.

Great colour and cut tranquil and relaxing environment in a lovely setting

Jess has been colouring my greys for over a year now, I love how my hair feels even though I need to have a regular visit. Jess hears my concerns and comes up with options and solutions so that I'm always happy. I've also had a party hair up from her and I was amazed at what it looked like. I had many compliments at the event. And lastly its always nice to have a cup of tea and a biscuit over a chat.

When I first went to Jess my hair was so weak it snapped when she did the strength test!
Now my hair and scalp is on much better condition and I’d only trust Jess to sort out my great with her organic colour, to keep my hair strong!
She’s also lovely so we have a great catch up.
Highly recommend.
