Such a lovely atmosphere at Figoli, a real village salon. Warm welcome, easy communication and love my hair colour! I love the products they use also, hair also feels luxurious afterwards. The head massage was just what I needed after a busy day! Helped me decide when to rebook but no pressure. I would highly recommend this salon and sticking with them now I have discovered them!

This was my first visit to Figoli, and it was a fantastic one. Heidi was really personable and put me at ease. We spoke about the colour and results I was looking for and the end result absolutely matched and exceed my expectations. I will definitely be back again.

Rob always seems to know exactly what will suit one’s hair, face shape and style! He’s a magician! Instant feel good post haircut!

Heidi was incredible, very friendly and very professional! I had a complete restyle and her expertise enabled us to choose a style that I love and will work with my daily life (not having to blow dry everyday!). I honestly can’t thank Heidi enough, I absolutely love my new hair!!

Ellie coloured my hair beautifully - I wasn’t quite happy with it immediately, but she was very happy to put in more toner. She put me at ease so that I didn’t feel I was being awkward.

Great cut. Seb spent so much time making sure the cut was right for the way I style my hair. Will seeing definitely be booking again.

Modal always does what Oscar asks - he’s 12 and he’s very prescriptive! He left today so happy. He said she also makes the best tea and snacks - ha ha.

Thi is a fabulous salon! It is well run, clean, and bright. It's like being wrapped in a lovely warm blanket when you enter, and the immediate sensation is that of 'ah, relax'. To enter Figoli's is pure pleasure!
Eleanor is a wonderful colourist, who understands her products well, and whose advice is second to none. She does a really good job, is pleasant, c, and always has a kind word and a smile.
Can't finish without giving a shout out to Rob; hair stylist extraordinary. He understands hair like no other hairdresser I've been to... and over the years I've been to many.. He can do your hair once and next time you go in to the salon, he remembers exactly what he'd did the time before. Memory is his superpower!
All in all, it is a wonderfully relaxing experience when you cross the threshold into the Figoli salon.

What an amazing guy, he actually listens to the customer, a brilliant attribute, then he interprets the conversation and an outstanding hairstyle arrives! So glad I found this salon. Ellie gave me good advice regarding preventing hair damage and explained which methods of highlighting would be best for me.

Heidi does the bouncy blow dries ever and I always enjoy spending a few hours in the salon. They’re the best.

Heidi has been cutting my hair for 4 years. She did my first haircut after months in lockdown during Covid in 2020. She’s still doing an excellent job. Especially my last haircut where I came home and even my family noticed and commented positively on it :-).

Figoli is a nice and cosy salon with friendly staff and nice customer service. Can highly recommend them if you’re looking for something new!

Rob has been my stylist for two years now. He is very skilled , always gives good advice and has a lovely personality.

Georgia is always so welcoming and helpful when I come in and advises me of the best colour treatment for my hair as I travel abroad quite a lot and my hair naturally lightens in the sun .

I make a 1 hour round trip to have my hair cut because Seb knows exactly how I like my hair cut and ALWAYS does a great job. I don't like a lot of chit-chat and he's absolutely fine with that. Perfect for me!
