Rob went out of his way to fit me in as I had an important event I needed my haircut for. He is welcoming, thoughtful and gives a great deal of attention to you as his client. I do love going here

I was delighted to have an excellent wash cut and blow dry with Seb today. It was many years ago he cut my hair in Ascot so it was good to see him again. I will definitely return to have another appointment with him!

I’ve had a few of the stylists in the salon and they are all outstanding, their service is exceptional. Not once have I come away from this salon unhappy with my hair - I even travel back from London to have my hair done here because I will never want to change salons!

Caroline is an expert in colouring and hair treatments. This visit was for straightening my hair, delighted with result and a great blow dry.

Great to be welcomed back in the salon. Caroline did an amazing job as always colouring my hair. I get complemented on the colour all the time.

A supurb small independent salon with a very calm atmosphere, not at all frenetic, like the bigger 'chain's type salons.
Caroline is a fantastic colourist who gets my colour right every time and always check that it is the shade or hue subtleties are exactly what I want.
Rob, the owner, cuts and styles hair perfectly - he 'gets' it when I try to explain what I want. He knows hair inside out and I am never disappointed.
A great little salon that I would highly recommend.

Caroline has been colouring my hair for many years ,a full head of highlights. After 7 months and lots of grey roots ,she had quite a challenge on her hands. All I can say is she did an amazing job and I was so happy with my new colour. I feel so much more confident now and I want to thank her for a truly professional job. She is always so friendly and listens to what I want
and over the years has tweaked the colour( due to the increasing amount of grey) so that it looks totally natural. The products they use in the salon are of a high quality, and leave my hair feeling in amazing condition and very shiny.You always get a warm welcome at Figoli’s and they are a truly lovely team ,who make you feel valued as a customer. Many thanks Caroline for a fantastic colour,I absolutely love it.

After 7 months without a haircut, Rob performed a miracle! As always a fantastic cut! He always listens and does exactly what you want! Rob makes you feel like a valued client and I want to thank him for making me feel like a new woman when I walked out of the salon. Rob has been cutting my hair for many years and I can’t recommend him highly enough!
The salon is designed beautifully and very clean with all the Covid measures in place! Coffee, and other beverages are served with lovely little biscuits,which is a lovely part of the service. Thanks Rob, you’re always so professional and friendly, and I always enjoy my trip to your lovely salon. I look forward to my next visit in a couple of months!

I visited Figoli for the first time yesterday based on a recommendation from my Mum and I was not disappointed! Heidi listened to what I wanted (and it was quite extravagant) and she made it happen! I went from having very long hair to beautiful shoulder length cut with balayage and Heidi was fabulous making sure I could donate the hair we were chopping off to charity (which involves a process in itself). Heidi went above and beyond, she’s amazing at her job and lovely to chat to, so bubbly! Highly recommend and especially in this new covid world, I haven’t been out much but felt so safe and looked after at Figoli.

Thank you for fitting me in today for my cut. Had colour done by Caroline who is brilliant and a fab haircut by Rob. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Great salon and even greater staff.

I was so impressed with the extra mile the team went to accommodate appointments just into lockdown period. The salon itself is lovely and the staff friendly. Rob is fabulous - what a guy and what a hair cut. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Figoli go above and beyond to make your experience a truly special one. The atmosphere is one like no other salon I have been to. In the past I have felt uncomfortable in hair salons where as I have never felt more relaxed and at ease walking into Figoli. Each stylist has years of experience and they are all so amazing at what they do. To top it off they have amazing coffee and cake, or even gin to enjoy whilst being pampered (pre covid)! I couldn’t recommend Figoli enough. You won’t be disappointed!

Rob took the time to understand what I was after, worked according to it and delivered an exceptional haircut. Great chat and was even offered gin and cake too. Would definitely be coming back and would recommend.

I was highly recommended Figoli by a good friend and it certainly didn’t disappoint. I felt this was more than just a hair cut. The salon is super clean, layout is classy and fresh but has a super relaxing atmosphere. On arrival I was made to feel so welcomed and offered coffee and cake. Rob cut my hair, his attention to detail is second to none and felt immediately comfortable with him. With all the extras you’d expect to pay a premium but instead it’s very competitively priced! Way more of a personal experience compared to some of the big high street names. I must add during a time when it’s super important to keep up hygiene levels, consider the safety of others including yourself, Figolis have a very professional system in place to make you feel safe but relaxed. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I just love coming to see the team at Figoli, not only is my hair always transformed to an art of perfection by the time I leave here, but I wanted to make a special mention to Lucy who is in the background making sure everything is handled seamlessly - and it always is! Coming here always feels like a very welcomed break. Thank you!
