Great environment, really personable and made me feel so comfortable (especially as I brought my three month old in her car seat!). Everybody looked like they were having the same experience and the staff just seemed like they enjoyed being there! Really pleased with the end result so booked my next appointment immediately. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new salon.

I’ve just been to Figoli for the first time but in fact have been coming to Rob for 20+ years. He’s excellent and his salon reflects that.
It has a ‘Neal Yard’ feel, understated yet stylish, relaxed yet congruent with true professionalism.

First time visit today with lovely Heidi. Very pleased with my hair treatment and blow dry. Salon was spotlessly clean, good music, great products and nice friendly attentive staff, home made lemon drizzle cake with my tea was the icing on the cake!!

Love this Salon and the amazing atmosphere in there from start to finish! The colour that Caroline creates for my hair and the cut and finish from Rob always turns heads!!!! !Simply Brilliant!!!

Followed Rob and Carolyne from Toni @ Guy .....here the whole team are highly professional but making everything extremely relaxing in a small and intimate salon .....yet totally friendly. The importance is naturally the end result .....which Is of a very high standard.

Had a lovely time in the salon this afternoon. Relaxed ambience.. nice coffee.. the best brownies.. a rhubarb and ginger G&T.. what more could you want when getting your hair done? Heidi did a wicked job. Thanks guys! :-)

So thrilled with the lovely end result .

Just came back from Figoli and very happy with the result.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. This is no ordinary salon...….the bright, spacious and tastefully furnished studio is a welcoming sight. My colour expert, Eleanor, was wonderful; it was spot on advice which made such a difference to my 'tired' looking hair. The massage of the scalp during the washing was fab too! I finished with a cut by Rob, the owner, whose years of experience shone through at every stage from the initial discussion on what I wanted to the final cut and styling. And, as if that wasn't enough, I was offered a selection of hot or cold drinks, delicious cake or gin! Fogoli - trust me,,,,, you won't be disappointed - perhaps, only if you go elsewhere!

Visited Figoli as wasn’t happy with my last colour from a different salon.
I walked in and chatted over the sort of look I was after, and the colourist Caroline was confident she could help.
The salon decor and feel is great, and all the staff were friendly and professional.
Really happy with the colour now, and will definitely return!

This beautiful salon is an oasis of calm and luxury. Upon arrival a warm welcome is extended. Caroline who did my highlights is a highly skilled colourist and the result was natural and excellent. When the foils are removed and hair washed it is followed by a head massage - very relaxing. Refreshments with homemade cake is available and helps to complete the whole experience. Rob the owner is such a great cutter and has created an excellent ambiance in the salon. So impressed!!

Really enjoyed my first visit (20% off on first visit too) and I will go back. The salon is nice and bright and lovely atmosphere with experienced stylists. The salon is very stylish and as the customer I felt very relaxed and comfortable.

I was really impressed by how well you all work as a team, nothing too much trouble, little touches like coffee menus and cake cute. Caroline excellent as ever - my complimentary blow dry was great but the shampoo was a bit rough for me but I appreciate we all like different amounts of pressure so maybe I’m a woos- she did modify when asked. The colour has come out a bit dark this time but I did change.

Greeted by friendly staff and offered a choice of hot and cold beverages including home made cake!! Yum yum.. they even had G&T in the menu..
Had a great consultation with owner Rob Figoli - resulting in fantastic new haircut.. 5 stars from start to finish... even treated myself to a bespoke hand massage.. a must for any busy mum..

I’ve been going to Rob for my hair for over 20 years. He’s the best there is. I have introduced my 17 year old son to Rob ...and it’s the best haircut he has ever had. Rob took time to ask exactly what he wanted, what he liked, what he didn’t & the result was amazing. He came out of Figoli beaming! No more barber cuts for him! Just hope you keep going for another 20 years Rob! ? x
