Seb is both personable and a talented hairdresser, wouldn’t go to anyone else. The salon itself is lovely and friendly and super drinks menu!

Another lovely colour treatment from Heidi.

Today was just marvellous. Heidi was so knowledgeable and did exactly what I wanted and gave great advice on what we needed to do today and what we will do next.

The products used were also so yummy, I had to buy some!

So pleased with my cut finally found a stylist who does what I ask ?very attentive nothing to much trouble ?

Not quite sure why but going to a new salon can be quite daunting, however, there was absolutely no reason to worry. The receptionist was lovely and made me a gorgeous coffee and cake and Rob was wonderful. He spent time discussing with me what I would like and what would work and he was not wrong! Lovely conversation and amazing haircut/blow dry. I have rebooked!

Se is always the most professional and considerate and a pleasure to be in the company of as well as getting to know your style and preferences . The salon always has a pleasant and friendly atmosphere too!

My experience was outstanding, both before and during my appointment. I am a new customer and when I went for my hair consultation I realised I couldn’t get into the salon. I am a wheelchair user and there is a step to get into the salon. But instead of cancelling my appointment the owner Rob said he would purchase a ramp to enable me to access the salon. Trust me, such customer service and understanding is rare. So today I went for my appointment, entered the salon without a problem and my hair colour was perfect. Thank you, Eleanor and Tiffany. Had a full head of highlights with Heidi. I am very happy with it. I wanted to vary the colour a bit and Heidi was so patient and listened. She advised me on several options and explained very clearly how it would look.
She is always very welcoming and friendly and gives excellent customer service. My visit today was an absolute pleasure. A gorgeous salon and the coffee is lovely and other drinks available.
I highly recommend Figoli for it’s professional and caring approach to their clients.
I Thanks to Robert too for a great cut! You always take time to listen and I never feel rushed!

Eleanor and Sebastian are fabulous- Eleanor helped and consulted on colour choices given my poor experience at other salons. Sebastian directed me away from haircuts that I thought would suit me and gave me a style that really does based on my hair type! I’ll be coming back! Whilst a bit pricey I didn’t have the regret !!

The team are always helpful and try to accommodate you.
Helen and Ellie are great hairdressers and I’m always pleased with my ‘do’.

I have long hair, and Modak took plenty of time discussing with me how much I wanted cut off, and putting some layers in. She dried it really nicely for me to accentuate the natural curl in my hair.
I would highly recommend Modak.
Coffee and flapjacks were gorgeous as ever! A really lovely friendly professional salon. Definitely recommend.
