Not quite sure why but going to a new salon can be quite daunting, however, there was absolutely no reason to worry. The receptionist was lovely and made me a gorgeous coffee and cake and Rob was wonderful. He spent time discussing with me what I would like and what would work and he was not wrong! Lovely conversation and amazing haircut/blow dry. I have rebooked!

Se is always the most professional and considerate and a pleasure to be in the company of as well as getting to know your style and preferences . The salon always has a pleasant and friendly atmosphere too!

My experience was outstanding, both before and during my appointment. I am a new customer and when I went for my hair consultation I realised I couldn’t get into the salon. I am a wheelchair user and there is a step to get into the salon. But instead of cancelling my appointment the owner Rob said he would purchase a ramp to enable me to access the salon. Trust me, such customer service and understanding is rare. So today I went for my appointment, entered the salon without a problem and my hair colour was perfect. Thank you, Eleanor and Tiffany. Today was my first time getting my hair done by Eleanor and I can honestly say that I won’t be going anywhere else any time soon. With her great level of precision and expertise, I have been left with hair that I have never seen look so good. I am so over the moon with her work and will be sure to come back very soon. Brilliant work Rob has restyled my hair to how I want

Had a full head of highlights with Heidi. I am very happy with it. I wanted to vary the colour a bit and Heidi was so patient and listened. She advised me on several options and explained very clearly how it would look.
She is always very welcoming and friendly and gives excellent customer service. My visit today was an absolute pleasure. A gorgeous salon and the coffee is lovely and other drinks available.
I highly recommend Figoli for it’s professional and caring approach to their clients.

Sally was absolutely brilliant, I left with exactly the cut and style I wanted. My daughter also had a cut at the same time and she was so excited. We both left feeling so well pampered.

Eleanor and Sebastian are fabulous- Eleanor helped and consulted on colour choices given my poor experience at other salons. Sebastian directed me away from haircuts that I thought would suit me and gave me a style that really does based on my hair type! I’ll be coming back! Whilst a bit pricey I didn’t have the regret !!

The team are always helpful and try to accommodate you.
Helen and Ellie are great hairdressers and I’m always pleased with my ‘do’.

I have long hair, and Modak took plenty of time discussing with me how much I wanted cut off, and putting some layers in. She dried it really nicely for me to accentuate the natural curl in my hair.
I would highly recommend Modak.
Coffee and flapjacks were gorgeous as ever! A really lovely friendly professional salon. Definitely recommend.

Great visit with my daughter, she was looked after whilst I did a call (shameless of me I know…) her hair looks great and she loved the hot chocolate! Seb was lovely too.

Eleanor goes above and WAY beyond the duties of a hairstylist and we are so thankful that we have her for such fabulous hair colours and conversations.

It has been the hardest time of my life in recent months and coming to the salon, where I feel safe and able to relax is so special. It’s made me feel human again more times than I can remember.

Brilliant Salon!

Great haircut with Rob as usual. Last time I wanted my hair cut shorter and Rob advised me against it, he suggested to let it grow due to my „funny“ hairline. I am so glad I listened to him. Finally I love my hair again.

This was my first visit to the salon. Heidi was very professional and welcoming.
I have thick naturally curly long hair and quite like the length as it is and just wanted a tidy up. Heidi did exactly as I asked and also gave good advice on a couple of small changes which gave my hair a better shape.
I also wanted advice on having lowlights put in to help cover up the grey. Again she listened to what I wanted and advised on the best course of action.
Heidi made my first experience at the salon a very pleasant one with her easy going chatty nature, and I was very pleased with my haircut.
The gorgeous coffee and homemade flapjacks were an added treat!

Thank you so much to Tiffany. My nearly 12 year old daughter had her first trip to a salon and loved the whole experience from the hair wash to the the hot chocolate and she loves her new cut !!

From the time I arrived and throughout the service is 1st class customer service. The team our friendly and it has a really nice atmosphere. Tiffany is amazing and very talented, she is also very good at trying to understand your perfect hair visions and I always feel like a V.I.P on my visits. Also the Brownies ! The best ive ever tasted , such a treat with a nice coffee.

First time to the salon Heidi was my stylist. It has a friendly, stylish atmosphere. Was very happy with my style refresh. Was advised on how to take care and style my new cut. Defiantly recommend this salon I feel a new me Thank you!

Absolutely delighted with my colour. Eleanor knows exactly the colours to use on my hair. Always perfectly done each time.

My first organic smoothing treatment on very fine, curly hair and it’s fabulous! A quick blast with the hairdryer and I’m done…no more fighting to iron out my curls and I can leave the house hat free on a misty day :)
Ellie was lovely, friendly and explained everything about the product and process. Great service all round.

Rob is a brilliant stylist!! I wish I lived closer so I could go to him all of the time. Xx
