Great visit with my daughter, she was looked after whilst I did a call (shameless of me I know…) her hair looks great and she loved the hot chocolate! Seb was lovely too.

Eleanor goes above and WAY beyond the duties of a hairstylist and we are so thankful that we have her for such fabulous hair colours and conversations.

It has been the hardest time of my life in recent months and coming to the salon, where I feel safe and able to relax is so special. It’s made me feel human again more times than I can remember.

Great haircut with Rob as usual. Last time I wanted my hair cut shorter and Rob advised me against it, he suggested to let it grow due to my „funny“ hairline. I am so glad I listened to him. Finally I love my hair again.

This was my first visit to the salon. Heidi was very professional and welcoming.
I have thick naturally curly long hair and quite like the length as it is and just wanted a tidy up. Heidi did exactly as I asked and also gave good advice on a couple of small changes which gave my hair a better shape.
I also wanted advice on having lowlights put in to help cover up the grey. Again she listened to what I wanted and advised on the best course of action.
Heidi made my first experience at the salon a very pleasant one with her easy going chatty nature, and I was very pleased with my haircut.
The gorgeous coffee and homemade flapjacks were an added treat!

From the time I arrived and throughout the service is 1st class customer service. The team our friendly and it has a really nice atmosphere. Tiffany is amazing and very talented, she is also very good at trying to understand your perfect hair visions and I always feel like a V.I.P on my visits. Also the Brownies ! The best ive ever tasted , such a treat with a nice coffee.

First time to the salon Heidi was my stylist. It has a friendly, stylish atmosphere. Was very happy with my style refresh. Was advised on how to take care and style my new cut. Defiantly recommend this salon I feel a new me Thank you!

Absolutely delighted with my colour. Eleanor knows exactly the colours to use on my hair. Always perfectly done each time.

My first organic smoothing treatment on very fine, curly hair and it’s fabulous! A quick blast with the hairdryer and I’m done…no more fighting to iron out my curls and I can leave the house hat free on a misty day :)
Ellie was lovely, friendly and explained everything about the product and process. Great service all round.

Rob is a brilliant stylist!! I wish I lived closer so I could go to him all of the time. Xx

Rob and Modak are brilliant. I love going to Figoli because everyone is so nice, so skilled, and you come out feeling a million dollars. They never rush and they really listen. It’s just such a lovely experience. The cake and coffee are amazing, too!!

Rob is styling my hair for over 18 years now and he is top professional and also a wonderful person. The salon is pretty and very welcoming to everyone. All the staff is great and very friendly. It is always pleasure to visit. ?

Entering into the salon I was greeted by Tiffany and she was very friendly and helpful as I had to sort out parking......she discussed and provided great advice about my hair and made me feel comfortable ......overall Tiffany was very professional and condfident and I enjoyed my whole pampering experience as I hardly get time these days to go regularly into a salon so it was a lovely relaxing experience and the end results I love!

An amazing first experience at Figoli with the wonderful Tiffany. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything to me as she was doing it. As a blonde I am very picky with who does my hair but she worked with me to create an amazing new look that is much more maintainable.

Heidi is just lovely and so talented. Completely trust her to work her magic.

I booked in as a model with Tiffany. What a beautiful salon, lovely staff and Tiffany was wonderful. A lovely young lady. My highlights are perfect . I have already booked in for a cut and blow dry . They also use wonderful products and serve fab coffee and cake , what more could you ask for !
