I’ve been coming to Seb for my haircuts for around 10yrs & have the most difficult hair in that it is v.fine so my style choices are limited. In the past, I’ve been left uninspired and deflated by the lack of tact when managing my expectations, but Seb is constantly looking at ways of making my salon experience a positive one. Tonight he had thoughtfully found some slim curling irons so as to give me a different look - something I crave - and it worked, but even if it hadn’t, I was blown away by his thoughtfulness and creativity. I really can’t commend Seb more highly - he’s everything a client wants - he listens, gives realistic options and delivers a great haircut. An asset to the Figoli team!

Eleanor always colours my hair so nicely, it’s in great condition and she looks after it really well!!

Have had my hair cut by Rob for many years, even before he opened Figoli and luckily for me I only need my hair cut every 10 weeks! I used to work in Egham, but now work at home. Am still happy to drive from the other side of Godalming to go for it. Previously was recommended by a work colleague over 8 years ago after having a couple of unhappy experiences randomly trying various salons & stylists. Always happy with how Rob cuts my hair as I would say anyone can blow dry your hair to look good, but it's when you have to do it yourself you notice how good the cut is!

Staff always pleasant & helpful. Refreshments always offered.

Absolutely love the friendly atmosphere and was offered a drink which came on a board so well presented with cake!! Everyone is so chatty and Seb is such an amazing hairdresser, his attention to detail and results always blow me away. I’m always happy, more than that he exceeds expectations, everytime x

I was quite nervous using a new salon for the first time - but figoli was highly recommended by multiple friends. Eleanor was absolutely lovely and seemed to know exactly what I wanted…..and she clearly did as I left with literally exactly what I asked for. I have blonde hair and needed my colour matched on the roots and I wanted it to grow out naturally and Eleanor ticked all the boxes. All the staff were also so lovely and welcoming even providing me with 3 coffees! (I have young children haha). Couldn’t recommend the salon and Eleanor more highly!

I thoroughly enjoy Seb’s style; he is highly meticulous, super professional and friendly at the same time. From the moment you enter Figoli, your presence is acknowledged and friendly staff ask to take the coat from you, offer you a drink and cake and they gown you up. I love these details; the service is outstanding really ❤️

I love Seb! I love his passion, flair and dedication to do the best job he can do when he’s working with a client. I never feel he’s in a rush to finish, regularly checks to see I’m happy with what he’s doing and his attention to detail is fantastic! Yes he’s my cheap but I feel the service I get is superb!!

Eleanor and Seb were wonderful. I was made to feel welcome by the whole salon and nothing was too much trouble. I really enjoyed my afternoon and my hair looks lovely.

Eleanor was really honest about what was right for my hair which I appreciated and her expertise really paid off. Seb followed this up with a lovely cut and be explained to me exactly what he was doing and why this is right for my particular hair type. I’d never go elsewhere - the team really cares about doing right by their customers.

Helen has been my hairdresser for many years now and i’m always so pleased with her friendliness and attention to detail.

Over the past 6 months, Heidi has helped deal with the box-dye monstrosity I had been subjecting my poor head over to for years. It was literally blackboard black. With no depth, no shine. In six months, Heidi has managed to literally resurrect the dead.I now have stunning, healthy, caramel balayage, all thanks to her skill and artistry. She's brilliant. And so is Figoli. Really sound advice and top class work. The transformation is ridiculously amazing!

I have been going to Rob to cut my hair for many years! As far as I’m concerned he is a genus when it comes to cutting hair! I had three comments during the day of our great my hair looked! Made me feel great!

Heidi is a charming, friendly young lady who certainly knows her trade and she gave me good advice about the new style I was looking for.
I shall certainly ask her to do my hair again.
I also appreciated the cup of tea and the delicious, homemade brownie!

My hair was very long to my waist and out of control and very dry at the ends and split. Tiffany took time to do an amazing job with a straight cut and taking about 7 inches off. My hair now looks amazing. Much more full and in such great condition. So very please. And Figoli’s cake and coffee is sublime. Lovely people. Lovely salon. Highly recommended

Another thoroughly enjoyable visit to Figoli and another superb cut from Helen. It’s always a pleasure to spend time at Figoli with such a lovely friendly atmosphere and friendly attentive service from Helen. As for the cake of the day ……. Icing on the cake!
