Very happy with the service, cut and colour by Heidi. I wanted something a little different so left heidi to do her magic and was really happy with the results :-)

So many comments on my cut again after a visit to Helen. It’s easy to manage and always falls into place. A friendly welcome is always on offer together with coffee and cake! What’s not to like!

Loved the colour! Quite a change for me but have had loads of compliments on it. Defo coming back and getting the same again!

Extremely happy with my haircut, after modelling for Tiffany under the supervision of salon owner, Rob. He gave a masterclass in haircutting! Tiffany is so passionate about her career in hairdressing, investing in you as the customer to get it right absolutely right!

So happy with the result - I was listened to & constantly reviewed to make sure I was happy.

I’ve been having my colour done by Heidi for the past 2 years at Figoli & I’m always exceptionally happy with the result. Overall, I can honestly say my hair has never looked so good!

Caroline is a superb colourist. She has always given me good advice and has never let me down with the depth and intensity of the colour that I choose to have my hair.
Rob is an excellent stylist, and unless I want to tweak the style, I know that he has my hairstyle in his memory and I can leave it to him to style my hair the way I want without having to interrupt.I
The salon itself is really clean, the staff polite and the ambience is relaxing. All in all a wonderful experience.
If I could, I would give Figoli salon 10 stars.

Unsure if Eleanor was the lady that coloured my hair, but she did a brilliant job, love the colour

My hair has always had a mind of its own but Heidi, with patience and understanding is slowly taming these locks with pleasing results.

Excellent salon with fantastic hairdressers, feels so welcoming and like coming home or spending time with friends, Rob assessed my hair to ensure the cut really worked for me and I love the end result, Seb has previously cut my hair and gave the same fantastic service,
The salon is professional but friendly and welcoming, not intimidating or clicky as so many can be, you really feel everyone cares and are working towards being consistently the best, the delicious cake is a bonus too!

Fabulous as always

Really enjoyed my first visit after years of following my previous stylist who’s now too far. Beautiful salon, immaculately clean & airy with a calm relaxed atmosphere despite it being busy. I felt warmly welcomed and am thrilled to bits with my new hairdo by Rob who’s lovely, he totally gets curly hair! He is passionate about climate change, so the salon only use natural paraben free products produced by a company using their own wind farm & local farmers in Italy. Figoli also plants trees monthly to offset their own carbon footprint. I’m impressed and will definitely be a regular client now. Thank you Rob.

I’ve been coming to this salon for around 6 months now. I can honestly say it’s refreshing to have found a salon that has a relaxing atmosphere. I hadn’t dyed my hair for 7 years after such a bad experience somewhere else but I felt confident in Heidi and she really understood what I wanted. I am so happy. She also does the best blowdries! Thank you for always making my hair look and feel amazing!
