Always good service and pleasant experience

I always look forward to my visits to Julian’s. Gemma knows exactly what I want, I don’t even have to say anything! All the staff are always happy and extremely helpful. The other bonus is free parking right outside the door. Love it x

Gemma was absolutely brilliant! I haven’t been very well recently and my hair was a mess but she made it look amazing and couldn’t have done more for me! She’s an absolute star!

I had a wonderful haircut from Hannah. She was professional and friendly throughout. She discussed the cut and explained thoroughly why she thought a style would or wouldn’t suit me. I didn’t feel rushed and she communicated well throughout. She was polite and helpful towards her colleagues during my visit. I received fantastic value for money for my hair cut and would HIGHLY recommend her.
The shop itself has a very friendly and relaxed feel to it, with a lovely lady to great you. Overall, the environment has a very positive vibe to it and I appreciate that I can book appointments online.

As always I had a great salon experience. All the staff are friendly & efficient. Kellie did an amazing job, as always. Perfect way to start the weekend. Thank you all.

Anna is always so lovely and cheerful and excellent with straightening my hair, as it’s naturally curly it isn’t the easiest hair to straighten but Anna seems to manage it perfectly everytime!

Hannah was marvellous and did as I asked - I have not always found this to be the case in other salons. I was very pleased with the result. Caring and professional.

Hannah has done my hair for sometime and is alway easy to talk to and polite. I will continue to use this salon because of the relaxed curtious atmosphere and great service.

As always, Anna provides a first class service. Fantastic cut and blow dry.

Very happy with my style

I have been a customer at Julian's for about 20 years and continue to be happy with the service and my hair cuts. All of the staff are friendly and professional.

The colour is really good. Emily was really nice and was very good at head massage when applying conditioner. Lorna always cuts and styles my hair well and all the staff are really helpful with my wheelchair and mobility problems. Thank you

I came to Julian's when I had been to another salon in hungerford for a balayage and they made an horrendous mess so I needed to get It sorted ASAP! Hannah was absolutely lovely and made me feel relaxed as I was nervous incase it couldn't be fixed. The salon was very warming and looked after me and I even got offered a sandwich from the shop by the receptionist which I thought was a lovely touch and Julian himself offered me a glass if wine. Hannah knew exactly what she was doing with my hair and it's turned out beautiful. Im new to the area so this will be my new salon :) highlky recommend. Great salon and lovely staff x

After years of getting it wrong at another hairdresser , Within two hours at Julian’s , I come out feeling my hair is the best it’s ever been

It was my first visit to the salon and I am delighted with the results of my new cut and colour! Lorna took a lot of care listening to what I wanted and this is the best cut/colour I have had in ages. Thank you so much! Everyone else in the salon was friendly and welcoming. Another nice surprise was a goodie bag with shampoo and conditioner samples and a discount voucher. All round 10 out of 10.

This was my daughter's first official hair cut at 14 as her grandma normally does it . I am soooo pleased with Abi's hair do I will definitely be back for more. Her hair looks so much healthier and fuller . Thankyou so much . So happy . Abi was even bouncing up and down to the car she was so happy . She loved the whole time she was their and she was treated great . THANKYOU

Brilliant service. Was in Newbury for a wedding and rang on Thursday evening and managed to get appointment for Saturday morning at Thatcham branch. Anna (I thin her name was) was brilliant as I didn’t really know what I wanted and my hairstyle lasted the entire day and I was really pleased with the result. Given that I booked from googling hairdressers late Thursday evening in a panic so no idea what salon was like I was relieved on walking in that it was so friendly, smart and clean and that Anna couldn’t have been more helpful

My first time to use Julians Salon, very friendly and professional, cleanliness to a high standard.

Booked my appointment on line at short notice, having that facility is brilliant a really useful asset and managed to get Kelly at a time that suited me so a great start.
Greeted by Julian and cold refreshment which was very welcome and then the wonderful Kelly worked her magic putting some style back into my unruly hair. I've always had a good experience at Julians, the staff are well trained and upto date with the latest cuts and are happy to listen and give advice or tips. I have been to hundred's of barbers / hairdressers over the years and when you find a good one you stick with them. I've had my hair cut at Julians of Thatcham for the last five years and really can't rate them highly enough.
