Jo is a fabulous top stylist & absolutely amazing at cutting/ restyling. I went for my first appointment last year after much research into good salons in area as I wanted a very experienced stylist as the cut for me is so important..My hair was desperately needing a good makeover after I moved away from old area/ regular stylist. I was made to feel so welcome, the girls were great, the salon is lovely and modern and they make a fab latte.
Jo asked me lots of questions, asked me what my preferences were, and set to work. The transformation was amazing, it was cut / styled exactly as I like it and I left feeling so happy I’d found someone who can cut amazing! That is not easy with so many salons around. I struck gold with these ladies and I’m so glad I did my research into top stylist before heading over there as I could’ve ended up somewhere else where the cut could’ve turned out very differently.
If you’re looking for an excellent cut/ restyle to your liking, Jo is the women who can do that!
I travel 30mins to get there and it is so worth it. I colour my own hair therefore I only go for a lovely good cut and blow dry but I have seen plenty ladies having a colouring & it always looks lovely.
If you want the best stylists/ cut/ colour, then this is the salon for you. You’ll struggle to find better in the Bristol / South Glocs area. The pricing is on par with good salons .

Fantastic salon and girls, all of them. Always a lovely warm welcome. I’ve had Jo, Ella and Nadine do my hair now and they are all excellent. They work together as a team which is really nice to see. There’s lots of free parking. Love my visits, thank you very much to you all.

Ella is amazing and knows exactly what I want and what works best for my hair and also always recommending me with hair products/tips to use at home which are always amazing and so suited to my hair type!! All the team are always so lovely and friendly and it is always such an enjoyable experience whenever I visit. I now wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Ella cuts and colours my hair, I’m super happy with both. I travel from Oxfordshire, that’s how good she is! Her care and attention is way above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I can’t recommend Madison Rae highly enough.

Had a fantastic updo today in preparation for my brothers wedding. So pleased and had so many compliments. Cannot recommend enough!!

Emily was my stylist and over the past few appointments she has gone above and beyond to achieve my desired look. Emily is patient, kind, dedicated and a generally really lovely person. Emily patiently explained the processes and ideas for my hair and was determined to get it spot on.

In this salon, they work together as a team, helping each other and making all customers feel welcome. Hot chocolate is delicious!

Seen on time as always. Stylist/owner gives personal service, washing hair, cutting and blow drying. I have been a faithful customer for quite a few years. I am often being asked who cuts my (very short) hair which is a credit to salon.

It is always a really positive experience visiting Madison Rae.
Staff are always very helpful, always get offered a tea or coffee and never have to wait too long.

Have been a regular now for quite a few years. I moved from using a Barber shop. This is so much nicer. All the staff are lovely and look after you. I have a regular stylist who knows my needs which is great.

I was very impressed by the service I have received at the salon today, I have been using this salon I hate you me because he was just being a spastic its salon for around 12 months after previously having bad experiences elsewhere and I honestly would not go anywhere else now. Everyone is calm and friendly and will do anything to put a happy face on the customers face, would highly recommend Ella.

As always, nothing is too much trouble. Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. Always feel you’ve been treated like an individual with great care and attention to detail. Would highly recommend to anyone Looking for a great hair Salon

I have been getting my root touch up done with Charlotte since Dec 2020. She has always been a great assistance with any queries I had. She has always given me the best treatment ever since. I never had a thought to move away from them. Always loved being there. Great experience since ever I have been there.

Ella took time to discuss the changes and any possible issues. Cut and then discussed/refined final length once dried. Very happy with the service and result…thank you
