The salon is lovely. The staff are all great. Ella is amazing and has transformed my hair and I am extremely grateful to her. This is the best salon I have been with in many years.

As always, the welcome on arrival was genuine and the process/service was excellent throughout.

It was great. I came in a dark brunette, not natural, and after a colour test. Ella managed to highlight it back to blonde. I’ve gone to her for years. It was great

I have been going to Madison Rae since it opened. Caroline has always cut my hair even when the the salon was under previous ownership. I wouldn’t go to any other salon.

I’m always happy with Emily’s work and trust her judgment. She’s professional and doesn’t rush even though my hair takes forever to colour!

I have been coming here for a colour, hair wash and cut with Caroline for years. I am always happy with how she does my hair and she finishes by drying it and straightening it. It always looks lovely, which is why I keep coming back.

Can't fault Emily at all, she has been cutting and colouring my hair for a couple of years now, nothing is too difficult, even when I turned up asking to go blonde. She is great at hair advice.
Honestly, it's like meeting up with a friend and having a laugh and coming away with fabulous hair.
