Once again Ella has managed to make my hair perfect without any anxiety! My fear of Hairdressers is becoming a thing of the past!

Emily was attentive and gave me great advice about hair care and styling. She is always so lovely and cut my hair so well. We did something a bit different today, she listened to what I wanted and got it spot on. So happy, thank you :))

A lovely relaxing couple of hours at the salon. As always, friendly staff, Caroline knows exactly the way I like my hair and is always honest with colouring/style. Would definitely recommend a visit to Maddison Rae.

After attending a hair consultation with Charlotte I booked in for my hair overhaul which took place today. I happily gave free access to my 7 months of neglected hair. Even though we had discussed and agreed a way forward Charlotte confirmed I was still happy with what was discussed. I could not be happier with the outcome and left feeling like my hair had been totally transformed. No pressure to book a follow up appointment. But I did because I am over the moon with her transformation. No pressure to buy their products, although I did because I really want to maintain the colour and condition. The price was more than fair for the time taken and end result, especially taking into consideration Bristol salon prices. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Thank you so much for transforming my once horrendous hair to what is now hair fit for party season and maybe online dating 😘

Was my daughters 2nd time having a cut and a wash extremely friendly bunch my daughter is 10 and pretty shy but the stylist maisie went over and beyond to make my daughter comfy constantly talking to her was a pleasure to see the effort put in to make a child happy also salon was clean and fresh will definitely be back and highly recommended

Relaxed atmosphere. Lovely head massage. Able to enjoy the experience with my hair in the capable hands of an experienced and talented hairdresser. Very happy with result. Even had the neighbour making a positive comment about my hair!

Thought of cancelling my appointment this morning as I have a really bad back but they were so caring making sure I was comfortable, a new young lady did the shampoo it was her first day I think her name was Kaleigh (sorry if I've spelt it wrong) she was very good and Emily was as brilliant as always

I have been looking to find a new hair salon since not being happy with my current hairdresser for a number of years. The experience from initial phone call up until my consultation appointment was better than I could have imagined. I had 2 stylists assisting me during the consultation to ensure they fully understood my needs and that I was happy with their recommendations. I can’t wait to go back for my appointment. I have 100% confidence in the stylist I spoke with and all concerns alleviated. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you x

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Madison Rae. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Going to the hairdresser's is a treat for me so it was lovely not to feel rushed and I was really pleased with my new hair - thank you Caroline.

Em knows exactly what I want with my haircut and does a great job as always. She is always very friendly and I enjoy our chats.

Such a great experience every time I go. Feel very pampered and the quality of cut is excellent. Ella is brilliant. Only in for a cut and blow dry today but still get the full ‘treat’ experience. All the staff are always super friendly and welcoming.

Sheryl has cut my hair for approximately 20 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is a fantastic hair dresser and is always happy and friendly.
