I've been seeing Jo for over twenty years, and followed her here when Nadine set up her own business, so that speaks volumes. Welcoming and nurturing atmosphere, Jo adapts my hair colour to flatter my skin tone based on the years (!), season, and my hair condition, so always an individual attention to detail. Ditto the cut and style, and if I suggest something she doesn't feel would suit me, she's honest (diplomatically ;-) ). I trust her advice, always.

Emily always takes her time to have a chat about what we want done that day with Eva’s hair, then advises honestly if it’s realistic and achievable and gives other options or recommendations if not alongside great advice. She is patient, friendly and always checks in if Eva is ok during each stage of the appointment. We are both always really pleased with the cut and service at each appointment.
