I recently visited Harringtons in Amersham for the first time. I was greeted at the front desk by a lovely lady who took my coat & then lovely Liana came and introduced herself. After showing me to my seat Liana & I discussed what treatment I’d like for my hair, offering lots of useful advice too.
Rose then washed my hair - I really like the personal touches such as the personalised conditioner. Once washed, Liana cut & styled my hair. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result! It looks amazing & I’m looking forward to returning this week for some colour treatment. I would highly recommend the salon & Liana - thank you 😊

So pleased with how my hair looks - I just wish I could make it look salon styled after I've slept on it! The whole salon experience is great; lovely staff and a good atmosphere.

The young girl who washed my hair was lovely to speak to and did a luxurious head massage for me then Megan listened to my needs and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. She also did a perfect bouncy blow out that had a nice amount of volume and very little frizz which is impressive considering I have frizzy curly hair!

The team at Haringtons consistently delivers amazing beauty treatments. I have been a client of theirs for years and have never been disappointed. Special mention to Ellie who is an outstanding beauty therapist.

This was my first time and I'm really happy with the results. Adam offered his expertise on what would look and work best for me and my lifestyle. He then cut and styled my hair beautifully. The rest of the staff were very welcoming too. Very pleased !

Quan spent time with me chatting about my style and how I style my hair day to day and came up with a great style which I feel I will be able to manage myself.

Adam always listens carefully to what I want, and explains the options clearly and in a way that makes sense to a non- professional. He is always friendly and cheerful. I trust him completely with my hair.

As ever amazing with Quan, she is a pure delight!
What I didn’t enjoy was a junior member of staff scrolling through her phone with the volume loud enough for me to hear it from afar. It was constant.
Very unprofessional and lax on both accounts.
Adam should know better also to advise her this is not acceptable.
Please advise staff this is not what we expect.
A moan but certain standards should be adhered to!

Thank to the legend/angel that is Ellie my Lashes look amazing and I finally have thick and shapely eyebrows (undoing all the damage I did in the 2000s). Couldn't recommend any higher, completely fab!

An extremely disappointing experience.

The hairdresser was rude and clearly didn't want to be cutting hair. She only spent about 10 minutes cutting my hair, resulting in a very bad haircut that I’ve had to get redone elsewhere.

While styling, the hairdresser repeatedly got my hair tangled in the round brush, painfully ripping it out and causing noticeable damage.

There is clearly significant lack of training in both hairdressing and customer service here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone.

Wow I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Harringtons with Shani! I recently decided to go blonde, and Shani absolutely nailed it! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, talked me through the process, and made sure my hair stayed healthy while achieving the perfect shade from natural brown to brighter blonde with a balayage! I love my new hair colour and the beautiful way she blended all of the lighter tones :D

The colour is stunning and I have received so many compliments about the colour and the blend ever since —better than I could have imagined! The whole appointment was relaxed and enjoyable, and I left the salon feeling so confident and refreshed. I really recommend visiting Shani to anyone looking for a professional and super friendly service.

Really please with my hair. Adam is very professional and friendly.

It was my first time coming here. Megan knew exactly what to do, all I did was show her one picture and she pretty much recreated my vision. Jess was great giving me the amazing hair treatment, which felt incredible, then Megan fantastically cut my hair and matched my energy. Just what I needed. Will definitely be coming back here again, every one was so great and sweet!

I'm really unhappy. I won't recommend and I won't be returning.

I asked for my hair to be short. I showed her where which was just below my ears. Instead, I've got a boys hair cut with a shaved back of my head and hair about 1.5cm higher than my ears. I look like Nick from back street boys. I assumed she knew what she was doing and did not point out when she reached my ears. Hair grows, buy in this case its shaven at the back and will grow out unevenly and look awful for months.

My first curly hair appointment with Adam. He works wonders! My hair is full of bounce and looks sleek.

I love coming to the Salon for my Hair cuts, Colour, Highlights etc. Most of all the friendly and caring staff. Great atmosphere. I will be visiting again in January 2025 to see Adam. Thanks again and a Very Happy Christmas & New Year to all of you. 🎄🎅🏻🥰

I’ve had a couple of apts with Shani now and she’s very good at listening, understands what is needed for my hair texture & will make suggestions accordingly . Day 2 of my bob and I’m happy with it. Only thing is I had to wait a while for my apt.

I only had a colour today and haven’t been to salon much in recent years, I was assuming after my hair had been washed it would be blow dried nicely not roughly dried. I have very thick hair so I’ve come home to re do my hair. My fault for not asking.

Megan did a great job cutting & blowdrying my daughter’s (15) hair. She was really pleased.
