Adam always listens carefully to what I want, and explains the options clearly and in a way that makes sense to a non- professional. He is always friendly and cheerful. I trust him completely with my hair.

As ever amazing with Quan, she is a pure delight!
What I didn’t enjoy was a junior member of staff scrolling through her phone with the volume loud enough for me to hear it from afar. It was constant.
Very unprofessional and lax on both accounts.
Adam should know better also to advise her this is not acceptable.
Please advise staff this is not what we expect.
A moan but certain standards should be adhered to!

Thank to the legend/angel that is Ellie my Lashes look amazing and I finally have thick and shapely eyebrows (undoing all the damage I did in the 2000s). Couldn't recommend any higher, completely fab!

An extremely disappointing experience.

The hairdresser was rude and clearly didn't want to be cutting hair. She only spent about 10 minutes cutting my hair, resulting in a very bad haircut that I’ve had to get redone elsewhere.

While styling, the hairdresser repeatedly got my hair tangled in the round brush, painfully ripping it out and causing noticeable damage.

There is clearly significant lack of training in both hairdressing and customer service here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone.

Wow I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Harringtons with Shani! I recently decided to go blonde, and Shani absolutely nailed it! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, talked me through the process, and made sure my hair stayed healthy while achieving the perfect shade from natural brown to brighter blonde with a balayage! I love my new hair colour and the beautiful way she blended all of the lighter tones :D

The colour is stunning and I have received so many compliments about the colour and the blend ever since —better than I could have imagined! The whole appointment was relaxed and enjoyable, and I left the salon feeling so confident and refreshed. I really recommend visiting Shani to anyone looking for a professional and super friendly service.

Really please with my hair. Adam is very professional and friendly.

It was my first time coming here. Megan knew exactly what to do, all I did was show her one picture and she pretty much recreated my vision. Jess was great giving me the amazing hair treatment, which felt incredible, then Megan fantastically cut my hair and matched my energy. Just what I needed. Will definitely be coming back here again, every one was so great and sweet!

I'm really unhappy. I won't recommend and I won't be returning.

I asked for my hair to be short. I showed her where which was just below my ears. Instead, I've got a boys hair cut with a shaved back of my head and hair about 1.5cm higher than my ears. I look like Nick from back street boys. I assumed she knew what she was doing and did not point out when she reached my ears. Hair grows, buy in this case its shaven at the back and will grow out unevenly and look awful for months.

My first curly hair appointment with Adam. He works wonders! My hair is full of bounce and looks sleek.

I love coming to the Salon for my Hair cuts, Colour, Highlights etc. Most of all the friendly and caring staff. Great atmosphere. I will be visiting again in January 2025 to see Adam. Thanks again and a Very Happy Christmas & New Year to all of you. 🎄🎅🏻🥰

I’ve had a couple of apts with Shani now and she’s very good at listening, understands what is needed for my hair texture & will make suggestions accordingly . Day 2 of my bob and I’m happy with it. Only thing is I had to wait a while for my apt.

My second appointment with Adam and yet again, I loved the experience. Greated by the lovely reception team and had a great cappuccino! Hair consultation with Adam, hair wash and head massage too! Really happy with my 2nd cut/visit. Thank you. Rebooked for January

I only had a colour today and haven’t been to salon much in recent years, I was assuming after my hair had been washed it would be blow dried nicely not roughly dried. I have very thick hair so I’ve come home to re do my hair. My fault for not asking.

Megan did a great job cutting & blowdrying my daughter’s (15) hair. She was really pleased.

Absolutely amazing service, talked through the whole process and how to maintain my hair at home. Gave me lots of advice and tips.

Always a warm and professional welcome. Steve such a talent always checks what I would like from the appointment. Gives advice freely and comments on my hair condition. Very relaxed and easy to speak with. Always a positive experience and an enjoyable time spent in the salon.

As usual, I had an excellent experience with Chloe. She is always attentive, takes time to understand my hair and what I would like and I am confident she will do a brilliant job with my hair. I am particularly pleased that I have a hairdresser who takes the time to style my wavy/curly hair. On this occasion though, I didn’t get the usual head massage but this was probably just an oversight and I was offered it when I mentioned it but it would have meant going back to the hair washing area which I’d moved away from. This might have been down to the assistant’s inexperience missing the conditioner so perhaps worth mentioning. This is not a complaint about the assistant who was very attentive and thorough in all other respects and didn’t detract from the usual excellent service. Having said that, when paying well over £125, things shouldn’t really be missed.
I also wanted to mention that whenever I visit, the reception staff are also very friendly and helpful and there is a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere in the salon.
