Very attentive and helpful towards choosing a colour to help me with a suitable lovely resultsnd finish. I’m very happy with results and how the colour made such a difference to my hair.
The hair wash was done by a trainee but that was the best hair wash I have ever had trainee applied toner to colour.
A different trainee was also very good trying to blow dry my hair and get it straight in the little time I had left there so helpful and made my experience happy and satisfactory very friendly service. My hair feels shiny and sort and looks great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! I moved to Amersham recently and tried out a few hairdressers for my weekly wash and blow-dry. Jess is amazing. She takes an interest in my day and always ensures I’m perfectly happy with it. She makes me feel very welcome, as does all the girls. When Jess wasn’t there I had Nicole who was just as amazing and friendly too. Danni always goes out of her way to say hello and the smiles from everyone makes you feel good. I have gone to Tiffany for a little while now to refresh my ‘Cowgirl Copper’ hair but I fancied a change this time and decided to go Strawberry blonde. Showed Tiffany the inspiration photos and it was no trouble at all- she absolutely smashed it! The happiest I’ve been with my hair for a very long time (the copper was beautiful and always well executed but I felt I needed more from my colour)
I then had Dannii cut & style my hair which was beautiful! Really volumed & bouncy! Plus had a brilliant head massage to relax me
Great team!! The only thing I’d feedback is my water on my first wash was really cold, would have been better to be asked if temp was ok but minor and maybe the question was forgotten?
Always love coming to the salon as I know I’m going to be well treated and come out happy!

Tiffany is a brilliant colourist - she’s so keen to do the right thing and spends time with her clients to understand what they are trying to achieve. And when eventually I was seen be her , she did just that. Today I think the service from Hobbs was way below par. Firstly Tiffany was running late - I was told by reception 10 minutes late . That turned out to be over half an hour. While I was sitting and Tiffany was with her client, I was not offered a drink or magazine, or kept informed.
