The stylist was very kind and gentle with my daughter it was her first time in a salon so I wanted her to enjoy it ( 11 years old ) Although the cut was really excellent, typically teenager like ( almost ), my daughter wanted it a bit ‘roughed’ up, as per the picture we showed the stylist, as opposed to the excellent shoulder length bob she got. Certainly a great cut but didn’t meet the expectations of my daughter. I was also quoted a different, lesser price on the phone but was still happy to pay what was requested.

I’ve been going to Dannii at Hob Salons for quite a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dannii is brilliant at cutting my hair and people often comment on it. Hob Salon in Amersham is also a great place with lovely friendly staff and you always feel that you’ve been looked after and a bit pampered whilst you’re there. Having read the website a bit disappointed I wasn’t give n the shampoo and conditioner it says you give when you have your hair coloured. And I’m not sure if the discount was applied as per your website. I can’t see as I wasn’t given the correct receipt after paying i was given someone else’s receipt. didn’t realise until I had left.
