I loved my experience with VIKKI, very friendly and she did a great job.
I felt the lady at the reception was somewhat impolite. She brushed me off on getting a new customer welcome pack and her general tone want the friendliest.

I came to the salon apprehensively for a colour and cut because of the amount of time it always seems to take at hobs salons Amersham for both. I could not book my previous colourist due to space so went with someone new. I asked her to do the colours I had on my previous visit. She asked me if I wanted olaplex pointed out I’m the cost & I agreed. Towards the end of putting in the highlights I saw she was only putting on 1 colour & pointed out that I previously had a mix. She then checked & said she would add a tonor which she did. I was not sure what this was tbh. While I was waiting a treatment was also put on my hair I am not sure if this was part of the toner but was also not asked for by me. I think the colour turned out ok but was very surprised by extra items added to my bill without my knowledge. The salon took these off when I pointed this out but I am not someone who likes to make a fuss & left the salon very deflated
Very pleased with my highlights, T was very friendly and chatty. I appreciated the help at the end to find me a taxi.

My hairdresser was very young and had obviously recently qualified. She was very nervous from the start and her hands were shaking throughout.

I'm SO grateful to have found Nicole - she's so lovely, and is a brilliant colourist.
I've had colour issues with my hair for years - old dark colour, ginger tinging etc - but Nicole got it absolutely spot on and has given me the best colour I've had in years. I couldn't stop smiling!
She's also super gentle - I have tube and weave extensions - and also gives total hair coverage, as she's very thorough with each section.
Plus, I love chatting with her. What's not to love?! Thank you! X
